I'm really enjoying my 12 ounce Pumpkin Spice Latte, made with Almond Milk, as I requested. I have to say, it's really delicious! I like the fact that by enjoying a beverage here I am helping to support a local, independent business. The interior of this location was very cute. Staff was nice, but our order did come out kind of slow. The bagel wasn't very impressive for NYC, but they did load it up with salmon, so that's a plus. I ordered mine with bacon and it was topped with thick, crispy bacon. Of course, I needed some chocolate chip cookie to finish off breakfast. We picked up a To Good To Go bag from Sip + Co last week, and all of the pastry items we tried were really tasty. The place is really cute, and seems like a great place to hang out. We tried 4 items and all were delicious. We got a sticky bun, a pecan sticky bun, croissants, and a mini zucchini loaf. All were delicious, but the pecan sticky bun won the show. It was so good! Next time we are in the area we'll stop in again to try more of what they have to offer. read more

It wasn't terribly busy but it took 10-15 to get my coffee from when I went in. The inside wasn't the cleanest. There was trash left on the counter where customers sit. It's fairly small in there and not a lot of seats. It smelled very strong of burnt toast. It wasn't almost difficult to breathe. The latte size was good, but it tasted watered down. Went in here today for going to a work event. Cute art in here, the staff seemed very nice. Was greeted with genuine smile. Noticed the two women working the counter being very sweet to a customer while I drank my coffee. It is an especially comfortable energy which is difficult to find in midtown some times if you don't know where to go. Pastries looked nice as well. I had a lovely tea and eyed some breakfast items but had another spot in mind so didn't try any. They have some lovely art for sale on the wall by local artists. The latte was ok, they confirmed it was a medium roast, but it was still too strong for my liking so I tried to salvage the drink by adding more sweetner, but gave the rest to my friend. For me the latte was 2/5. However, I think their desserts are better than their coffee. The madeleines were $2 which I find incredibly reasonable, and the seasonal pumpkin spice pound cake slice (forget the name), was very tasty. Cute coffee shop next door to Park Lane Hotel. Located between Park Lane Hotel and Quality Meat. Perfect for morning coffee and pastries. Stopped in here one afternoon for a coffee pick me up and a pastry. The space is small and charming. Their menu sign is cute and fun. I'm a sucker for pastries so I saw the pistachio eclair and sold! Got a lavendar latte that was tasty. Sad to say I was disappointed with the eclair. The pistachio filling was dry and thick, not custardy and fresh. I really wanted to love it but it was just meh. Cute cafe to stop by I got the matcha latte with a pistachio eclairs and their bagel with cream cheese. Out of all the food options that was the most "worth it" price wise for me. Everything else was around $15 with the avocado toast being $16 which is insane for just one slice too. The matcha was good, it didn't come sweetened though, which if you prefer that you'd have to ask for it. The eclair was good. They tossed the chopped pistachios in gold so it made it more picture worthy. For $7.35 for one eclair I probably wouldn't get it again though The seating area was limited, but they do offer outdoor seating as well! Would recommend for a quick stop especially if they have some room, otherwise was a nice and simple breakfast read more
