Due to a spinal fusion and permanent lifting restrictions, I am unable to lift more than five pounds. I politely asked a lady (short, petite with dark hair who identified herself as the manager if someone could help me load the ice. Instead of showing empathy or trying to find a solution, I was told that she could tell me where the ice was but couldn't lift it for me. I explained again that I physically could not lift the bags at all. Rather than attempting to locate another employee, I was left waiting for approximately 45 minutes. What made the experience especially upsetting was the attitude. I felt dismissed and judged based solely on how I looked. Because when I asked, she actually looked me up and down. Her eyes scanned me as if to judge my ability to get my own ice. Just because someone appears healthy doesn't mean they don't have a disability or medical restriction. Disabilities are not always visible, and customer service should reflect that understanding. Ironically, an employee from the register--the same person who was there all along--eventually came over and loaded all six bags into my car without issue. Had that happened from the beginning, this entire experience could have been avoided. I shop at this location because it's convenient and carries products I need, so I'll likely continue to visit. However, I sincerely hope management takes this as an opportunity to improve customer service and provide better training on assisting customers with disabilities or medical limitations. A little kindness, empathy, and willingness to help can make all the difference.

I make homemade dog food for my dogs and I can buy massive 40 lb boxes of boneless chicken breasts, frozen fish and frozen vegetables far less expensive than Sam's Club, Costco or a grocery store, unless they're having some huge sale. I cook for our community dinner once a month and you can get canned goods in quantity and quality. Many think you have to be a restaurant owner to shop here. You just need to be a business owner. I could have also gotten a membership through my church or Community Group. If you provide the 501C documents, you can shop tax free.

We were asked a few times while perusing by different associates if we needed help finding anything. They didn't give off the pushy "car salesman " vibe either. They genuinely wanted to help. When you go to check out, they will walk to you and take you to a register to get you checked out. But then... are you sitting down?... that same associate walks you out to your vehicle and loads everything in. I know, right!! Where else can you go and get service like that? But they just replaced the fuse and gave it back to me. When i bought it this one didn't have box so i want to make sure its brand new. The manager said its brand new. but when i brought home there was scratch on the bowl , also the Asix brand name was just glued poorly just came off. Had been looking for a new HVAC professional after the one we had been using retired. I researched reviews on all and Eco-Cool was my initial top choice after the research. I called the office to schedule a routine servicing of our system on Friday, I spoke with Amy at the office, she offered several options for services including a simple one time service or an annual program. We were able to schedule a tech to come out on Tuesday morning. Our Tech, Craig, was prompt, courteous, and professional even through the multiple questions I asked. He took a look at our system and the area of concern we had and he gave us the news we were anticipating (that our system is running but might not have much time left in it....it's 26years old) he offered to have quote for replacement drawn up if we wanted. (I did) he left us set up for success and he told us his goal was to keep us running into springtime at least....we appreciated that! After he departed, I called Amy again to arrange payment for today. She was kind and professional and let us know she would have a quote to us by the end of the week and even provided insight to what pricing is doing now and anticipated to be after the new year so we could be able to make the decisions best for our family. We appreciated the prompt, professional, expert care we have received in our first few interactions with Eco-Cool and are looking forward to remaining customers for a long time!
