Eric was very responsive from the get go. He was thorough in explaining the process and what was needed to complete the job...and then some! Eric's communication was awesome from the first time I reached out. He was professional, friendly, and professional. He let me know the morning of when he was on his way and progress getting here (his commute was 90 minutes away). I got a quote for material and he offered to call and get a better price and then I called in to pay for it. What a kind gesture! He and his crew were timely and efficient. Eric explained the process and showed us what he was going to do. When he ran out of material, he got more and when he charged us for the material and trip, he didn't price gouge. He showed us the receipt for the additional materials and that is what we paid. We couldn't be more happy with job and Eric's professionalism. During this job, their tools broke and blamed the customer. The company they worked with to bring the concrete damaged an area in the front yard by spilling concrete to transfer it to the backyard and JR Concrete Construction Company had the audacity to try to give a quote to remove the concrete that was caused by their negligence. Bullsh!t ! Then they left dried concrete in different areas of the job location on the residence and stated at the last minute they charge to haul off the concrete. For a damn near $6,800 job, you are fvcking bat sh!t stupid! Unregistered- When it came down to actually pulling up their business information to serve them- can you believe they are not even registered to do business?! The signs were there when they asked to be paid in their personal name. In the photos you can even see some of the concrete still has some dirt under it.
