While working with Buford Drywall, we mostly worked on commercial projects such as Tommy's car wash, Dunkin Donuts, and Firestone; however, we occasionally would get a call for residential projects. I remember one of the clients calling to get an estimate about completing his basement, but he was concerned about how much it would cost. Jonathan went to look at the basement; he made a few suggestions that would cut some of the cost without sacrificing the quality. Ultimately, they wrote up a contract that finished the basement to the client's expectations at a price that fit his budget and left him exceedingly pleased with his new basement.
