As a professional real estate agent and an owner of a stucco home, I can tell you it is not worth…read morethe $$$ to a seller or a buyer to get this bond. Stucco, first of all, is made of concrete. Concrete naturally cracks. This company says they will warranty any moisture from getting in the home for a year. However you have to pay for an inspection with them first at $500. Then you have to repair every little tiny hairline crack or they won't warranty it. You could potentially hire another company to do the repair and pay a lot less, but this company will still need to come back to check the work, likely will make you do more repairs anyways, since they are the ones doing the warranty. Then keep in mind, this is only a 1 year warranty and for them to do the repairs, they say on the estimate, they may still have to do more work (like items they didn't know about after the begin the work). So technically a seller could spend $10k just to do this, while the buyer only gets a 1 year warranty that they then have to renew every year anyways and repair future cracks anyways. And you know what? The inspection on this home showed that there was no concern on moisture to begin with! Don't do this warranty! Instead, hire a stucco expert to assess home and repair as necessary. This bod is not worth the even the time I am taking to write this review!

SIR was able to schedule our inspection within a few days. They showed up on time (even a little early, which was helpful to us). The inspector was obviously VERY experienced. He said he has been an installer for 25 years prior to becoming an inspector. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and what he found. We have 100% confidence in this company and very much recommend them.

Eric explained the process and showed us what he was going to do. When he ran out of material, he got more and when he charged us for the material and trip, he didn't price gouge. He showed us the receipt for the additional materials and that is what we paid. We couldn't be more happy with job and Eric's professionalism.
