Years after my basement was completed and I was…read morewell outside of my warranty, they came out to fix a leak that did not exist from the plumbing. I thought it was a plumbing issue (shower), but it was actually a leak coming from the outside of the house into my basement each time it rained. They ended up diagnosing the problem and the water proofing company came out to fix the concrete wall that sprouted the leak. I feel like this company stands behind the work they do and if I could give more stars I would. They deserve for all the best things to be said about them because they are top of the line contractors. Moral of this story, get the water proofing warranty when you buy your home, but more importantly, get these guys when you need your basement finished properly.

I was referred to Roman by someone who felt like he did quality work. I decided to use his services…read moredespite receiving lower quotes. We discussed ahead of the project that doors and trim would require thorough sanding and even scraping prior to being repainted due to the age of the home to which he agreed to. Throughout the project, we had to request he and his colleague to redo several areas where sanding/scraping was obviously not attempted. While he went back to remedy the issue, this was an ongoing problem and attention to detail was lacking. They installed a window as well and did not completely caulk around it leaving a large gap and damaged drywall. We felt our home was not well respected as they started out not putting down paper and then did not clean up all the paint on the floor after it was complete even after this was discussed. Also they scuffed up our new cabinet with their ladder as well as our already painted walls when installing a window without offering to fix. They also frequently left the front door open letting several insects inside. We ended up not using them for other services because we didn't trust the work was subpar.
