Despite this, I woke up to a pending charge on my card even after clearly instructing them to stop all services and billing immediately. The actual pest control service has been terrible. Spraying was minimal, the roach issue never improved, and during the last visit the technician admitted he didn't even have mouse traps because he "ran out." That means the service was incomplete and ineffective. Ignored cancellation requests + continued billing + poor service = completely unacceptable. I have retained all written communication and call records and will continue escalating this through my financial institution, BBB, and consumer protection authorities until this is formally resolved and refunded. This experience has been exhausting and unacceptable. Proceed with caution.

They drop right on my son's pillow and another one jump on my in-law's face. The technician came on time and exam every corner in our house. After the inspection, the technician went to work on the treatment and spent more than an hour in total. He even check my attic to make sure no signs of spiders or bugs. On the following day, we found not only the spider are almost gone but all crickets went disappeared. The whole house is whisper quiet. Imagine multiple circuits singing in your house calling each other in the middle of night. Another benefit is no more silver fish. Hopefully, the treatment can last for three months. I rolled up the windows (it was summer) to protect myself and my kids and called the police- as we were SITTING in traffic next to him. I was so shaken up and was unable to get his plate but I called the company and spoke to the owner who became quite defensive about the situation. The employee's behavior and the response from the owner after being physically assaulted and degraded from his nasty soda bottles is VILE. This unhinged, aggressive, explosive, attacker is the reason why I have a dash cam. I would NEVER EVER willingly bring someone like that around me or my family, let alone share my address with them. Why run from the cops if you're innocent or don't have a history? The response from the owner was appalling and disgusting which speaks as high as his morale. No wonder he hires who he hires.
