Robert, the technician, came out to my place twice, once for the initial treatment and again for a follow-up. After the follow-up, the activity had gone down so much, more than I expected. I attempted to cancel my Orkin service multiple times via phone and email starting on November 23, 2025. No responses. No callbacks. No acknowledgement. Despite this, I woke up to a pending charge on my card even after clearly instructing them to stop all services and billing immediately. The actual pest control service has been terrible. Spraying was minimal, the roach issue never improved, and during the last visit the technician admitted he didn't even have mouse traps because he "ran out." That means the service was incomplete and ineffective. Ignored cancellation requests + continued billing + poor service = completely unacceptable. I have retained all written communication and call records and will continue escalating this through my financial institution, BBB, and consumer protection authorities until this is formally resolved and refunded. This experience has been exhausting and unacceptable. Proceed with caution.

After several different chats, Chelsea Pet control accommodated me right away and saw me briefly after. We had an exterminator come over and spray the first two times, but the issue still did not seem to go away. Although he was extremely friendly and we loved his personality and kindness, we knew we needed a more advanced technician. We were not satisfied yet, there was definitely a lot of questions left unanswered. I messaged Chelsea Pest Control to request another technician to have another look themselves and see if someone else can figure it out, and then they sent over Sammy. In a matter of MINUTES, Sammy was able to detect the problem and what was causing this infestation! He was confident and diligent, not afraid to get his hands dirty. You can tell he works hard and is extremely determined to finding a solution NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES. He took the extra time to spray our apartment extra, give us a clear explanation on how to stop it, and answered all my questions and concerns confidently and patiently. Sammy was the technician I needed this whole time to solve all of my problems. We could have not done it without him! Luis picked up the phone early in the morning, had me send a photo of my bites to him, confirmed that they were most likely bb's and had Danny come that morning to confirm. Danny is very thorough and clear with advice and options, all while keeping you calm. Having been through this before, I decided to treat rather than wait. In keeping up with the times, they have added an additional treatment along with Aprehend to make the extermination even more effective. The matter was taken care of in a few hours, and I am so grateful. With the method they use I didn't have to put all my clothes in bags and only had to do my dirty laundry, which alleviates some of the stress from the situation. While I heartily wish I don't see them for a good long while (if ever lol), I can't recommend this company, Danny, Luis and Liz enough.
