Our serviceman, Mike, performed all the services necessary for an early spring inspection. He made sure to thoroughly go over our basement, and replaced all the bait boxes . He also checked out our crawl space/ attic area for rodents and any appearances of nests. No issues. Finally he walked around the perimeter of the house outdoors and did the usual spraying, plus checked some prior rodent bait boxes from an earlier time. No issues there. Over all we are satified that we obtained the annual rate contract which covers all our check-ups, through the seasons. Terrible experience. DO NOT USE! Sue was one of the rudest and most inconsiderate service operators I've ever encountered. Condescending, intentionally misleading and overall just an awful experience. We paid almost $400 for the treatment of one insect that we are still seeing an abundance of. Burning four 100 dollar bills would probably have served as more of an exterminate. read more

I have been with Abarb Pest Control for almost 20yrs more because I live down the block from them! I have a two family house & when I started renting to people I thought maybe I should have a pest control company come in & do a service, so I thought I give a shout out to Abarb who's right on my corner!! Well after all this money I paid to them giving recommendations to family & friends I was told Abarb no longer needed my 88.00$ every quarter. I guess now you all want to know why?? Well because Miss Sue who thinks she is above anyone else told me so!! I work two jobs one as a care taker for my sister in Sussex County & one in retail. They didn't complete their service in my home, no big deal because I felt it wasn't winter time & things looked ok, well then I started to see bugs in my bathroom, so I stopped in & asked for a tech to come out & complete the service. I was given a window of 3:15 to 5pm I explained that I get home around 3:30 or so, I would try to leave Sussex a little early every thing was fine. Things happen & I was running late about 15min, so I called to let them know I was running behind & could a later tech come out, since they close @ five, I felt it shouldn't be a problem!! Well Miss Sue went off on me like I couldn't believe calling me an "asshole" such professional language coming from someone who said she was an owner & didn't need my business any longer!! Good luck to being nice to the customer who keeps your business going & pays your salary!!! All because I asked if a tech could give me an extra 15mim to get home safely!!!
