In addition to her creativity, she has the expertise to tend to all of the details required to make a wedding ceremony and reception flow beautifully. As all weddings go, there is always some unpredicted glitch that is completely out of your or your wedding coordinator's control despite fine-tuning and working out all the details in advance. It doesn't matter if a bridesmaid is predicted to be late or the tablecloth vendor delivers the wrong-sized tablecloths, Crystal is able to make everything work and gives you peace of mind, enabling you to enjoy the special event. In our case, when I didn't think Crystal could work any harder, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that while we were celebrating she was behind the scenes quietly organizing and preparing for the much-dreaded packing up and loading, the least favorite part of concluding a beautiful event. We had several video calls with Caesar to help bring our vision to life. In each video call, he knew exactly what to ask and was very knowledgeable about specific florals. Our vision shifted several times and Caesar was very patient with us and happy to make changes so we could get exactly what we wanted. We did our mock-up with Sergio and he was so sweet and did a great job helping us design our centerpieces. The pricing is upfront and very fairly priced. They provided an organized contract with photos of exactly what your florals will look like and how much each arrangement will cost so there are no surprises. She helps with you with everything from your budget, the decor, vendor recommendations, reservations.....pretty much anything and everything you can think of. You might not think you need any help when you first start out, but when it gets down to the last month, there's so much to do that it's worth it to have someone there to take over. So my advice: use her from the beginning! The great thing about having Donna help out for my wedding is that my mom got to relax and not worry about making sure everything went off smoothly. This was a blessing, because having my mom relaxed helped me to be relaxed as well and I honestly didn't worry about a single thing the entire night. I asked to cancel With a 10% restocking fee. I'll give them their 10% pound of flesh, but they'll never get my business again. And in all honesty, I didn't even notice they were being a reference to a delivery fee when I made the order. Would've thought for something so large it would've been impossible to miss, even if you're sick as a dog.
