I was so glad to have stumbled upon Ariel! We hired her for her 'partial' planning package. She was very helpful in keeping us on track and providing us with great recommendations for vendors. Ariel is amazing. I was pretty clueless about the wedding planning process, and I am SO GLAD we had her as a day-of-coordinator. Although I didn't hire her specifically for planning, she kept track of all contracts as we signed them, confirmed details the week before, and fielded some questions I had throughout the planning process over email. I gave her very little guidance in how to decorate our reception space and she and her adorable intern NAILED it. All my guests commented on how beautiful everything looked. Anyone who tells you that wedding schedules are impossible to stick to has obviously not met Ariel. She kept us right on schedule, down to the minute. We had excellent help from Ariel. She helped us stay on track throughout the months before the wedding, checking in to make sure we were staying up to date on our to do list. We had a vendor that did not work out (one we found on our own, not a vendor that Ariel recommended), about a few weeks before the wedding, and Ariel negotiated with the vendor to null out our contract and give us a full refund on our deposit. We could not have done that on our own. On the day of our wedding, Ariel brought an assistant and they stayed calm (helping us stay calm and relaxed) when so many things were going on- lots of family there from all over, emotions running high etc. She helped everything go smoothly, told everyone where they needed to be, so that the groom and I could relax. I was married the Saturday that Hurricane Patricia decided to send its remnants to Texas.
