On the morning of the 15th business day, they still claimed the device simply hadn't arrived yet. After multiple calls throughout the day, I finally reached them in the evening -- only to be put on hold for almost 20 minutes and then told something completely different: My phone was NOT repaired, NOT shipped, and they have NO idea when it will be finished. This was not just poor service -- it was outright misinformation. I was repeatedly given false updates for days, only to find out they never even had my repaired device. If I hadn't kept calling, I would still be in the dark. No customer should have to deal with this level of incompetence and lack of transparency. Avoid this location unless you're prepared for endless delays, zero communication, and contradictory information.
