He builds 3D views of the kitchen to help visualize the layout prior to finalizing and had a lot of ideas on functionality of the cabinets - we have lots of pull out drawers inside the larger cabient spaces, oversized lazy susan in blind corners, and double trash bin pull out. From day 1, Thomas was extremely professional and just a cool guy to talk to. We chatted on the phone about my needs and then we scheduled a quick consult to get things going. Our meeting was quick and straightforward, and I walked away feeling confident that the job was going to be gorgeous. Come the day of install, the installer Luis showed up on time and was also extremely professional, polite, and just great to work with. I walked him over to the kitchen to show him where I wanted everything to go and then got out of his way to let him do his thing. It took a couple of hours and the end results were just breathtaking. The cabinet repair was seamless, you could not even tell anything had been done. And the custom shelves matched the existing cabinets perfectly!!! It was like they were meant to be there and, overall, just exceeded our expectations greatly! If it's not obvious already, I highly recommend Thomas and his team.
