I'm not sure why this store was Different on our visit. Deeply disappointing and frustrating. I had lots of ideas and questions so I asked the 2 young ladies but they completely disregarded me and continued talking even when I said Excuse me and they just ignored me. I Hope they DONT work on commission, or Maybe they just make a salary and Do Not Care about customers or any kinds of Customer Service. My mind honestly was blown away. If I acted like this, I wouldn't have a job. I went further inside the store and stood in line at the register and the bubbly and kind Asian cashier answered my questions about anti aging and about their enchanted Eye cream! Half of my battle was done and so when I asked her to point me towards that area of this Wonderful enchanted Eye Cream, she did not respond with directions. She walked away to her associates who ignored me and then told me she was Off the clock and the girl who previously ignored me attempted to help me. Why was she blowing me off when she just Could have said pointed me in the direction of the cream instead of passing me off to someone who Clearly Did Not want to Help me. I'm so aggravated when I just wanted to buy gifts for someone who I love. I'm amazed that anyone is allowed to Treat customers or any other person like this. We WONT be back. Ever. I hope they can at least are train their workers. They may need a new job where they Do NOT EVER work with People. I can understand if it was a Ghetto-Hood-Rat place, but there are some really nice and high end stores. It's a pity that their associates have no clue how to demonstrate "Customer Service". I also see many great reviews but the 4&5 Star reviews show purchasing online or shopping self serve and not needing any associates Help.

They are an indigenous-owned business. I received their Cedar Balsam candle as a gift from my sister-in-law and it smells divine! It's a natural woody scent that makes me feel close to nature. It's made of soy wax, is non-GMO and the wick is made of unbleached cotton. The candle was part of a personally curated gift box that contained my sister-in-law's "Favourite Things." Well, guess what? Mother Earth Essentials' Cedar Balsam candle is now one of MY favourite things too, lol.

You can view their entire collection online. I particularly love their soaps. They have a wide range that appeals to many people. I love the Wild Mint & Sage. They also sell a line of healing teas, but I looked mostly at the skin products. And all their prices are completely competitive (if not a bit cheaper) than other companies selling similar products. And as far as I could see, they really are 100% natural. Companies like LUSH still use chemicals like Sodium-Laureth-Sulfate which are known to disrupt hormones & possibly cause cancer. Not being…read morea fan of the style they had made me, I came to Karl Hager Limb & Brace partly on the recommendation of a co-worker, partly because they happen to be not far from home. Skills of fitting are great. First visit to fit for my new orthotics I brought along my knee brace I'd had fit in Calgary some while ago (and it was a few years old) to get an opinion on replacing or repairing it. Turns out that all it needed was a couple of new/updated straps and it was as good as new! No more sliding all over and again doing a good job supporting me. My tech was so helpful happily got it adjusted, updated the straps and all at no extra charge. Gave my brace a second life because I was just about to drive over it I was so frustrated. They really are interested in keeping you mobile. I've had a couple (2? 3?) pairs of orthotics fit now, and it's fast, not messy at all and I get my new devices ASAP. Yes I have to pay up front and my benefits reimburse me, but I've not been hassled at all - the invoices are clear and my benefits provider has not delayed repayment. There is an on-site therapy dog named Marley. So calm. Some visits are due to life-changing events, and it can bring out the emotional toll, it isn't always an emotional picnic. There's also a beautiful salt water fish tank - feels like I'm back in Hawai'i when I'm oggling the critters in there. I'm glad that this clinic is looking out for everyone's wholistic health. Oh, and FYI, there is Handicapped drop off zone and parking out front, wheelchair accessible, and there is parking out back as well.

I shop at Reitman's a few times a year to pick up a blazer, work tops, or pants and find the decent quality for the price. Many of their pants are pull up ones with no zipper or buttons. I usually shop this store during their Boxing Day sales. They often have sales for 50% off last ticketed price so I can walk out with a handful of clothes for me or gifts for not much money. There are many change rooms and a sales associate who works in that area so I have rarely had to wait for a room. When it's time to pay, I have never found the line up too long and they are quick and efficient to ring up my purchases. Will shop here again the near future!

They had a display of nylon pouches that were bags all folded up available in four different colors. I thought that was awesome! I love bringing my own bags when I can but just had grocery bags that fold, but don't stay folded too well. This was the solution I was seeking. Now I can just pop my new, reusable bag in my purse and pull it out whenever I feel I need a bag for my purchases. They sell for around $3.
