I did a trial a few days before the wedding and she redid my hair several times before I found something I felt really good about. On the day of she did it even better! She also came up to Mt. Hood and styled me on location, which I know isn't something she normally does. I understand why, as we ended up working in a rather cramped bathroom, but she didn't even mention it. The end result was yellow spots all over my hair and alot of breakage :/ I told her I was extremely unhappy with it and that it needed to be fixed. But, I decided I did not trust her with my hair so asked for a refund but she only gave me a partial refund. I am pretty upset overall and my hair is fried. It doesn't seem like she has any idea of how to work with bleach.
