The end result was yellow spots all over my hair and alot of breakage :/ I told her I was extremely unhappy with it and that it needed to be fixed. But, I decided I did not trust her with my hair so asked for a refund but she only gave me a partial refund. I am pretty upset overall and my hair is fried. It doesn't seem like she has any idea of how to work with bleach.

They made no attempt to share any additional availability or book a later appointment. After I was refused service, I called the salon from my car and attempted to book an appointment as a new client. On the phone they did not mention any appointment issues and they said I could come in right away. I'm a Black/African-American woman, and it is clear they were not too booked to take me for a simple pedicure. The salon just did not want (or care) to patronize me in their establishment. I'm 33 years old, and in my life I have never ever been refused service or treated with such overt prejudice. My advice - if you are Black, a person of color, or if you care about people who are Black or POC, do not come here.

I hadn't had my nails done in almost two years and it's been way longer since I've had a pedicure. I was expecting better quality for the amount of money I paid. They ruined my eyebrows. I'd give 0 stars if I could…read more I'm not usually one to write a bad review, but this was such a bad experience I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed. They asked immediately if I wanted a pedicure too, and I said no thank you. The staff was incredibly rude after that. After a long wait, I was brought back to the "waxing room" that is a bench with random beach towels on it that were not changed between customers. I had a bad vibe at this point, but I had come this far and needed it done. Everything seemed to be straight forward with the waxing until I opened my eyes part way through and saw the gals fingernails were dirty, and she kept pressing her dirty fingers onto my freshly waxed skin. I had a horrible rash the next day. But worst of all... when I got home, it looked like a 4 year old did my brows with craft scissors!! I could have done a better job myself!
