If I could give this place 0 stars... I would. My sister, mom and I went in so I could get a full set of acrylics and mom and sister for a pedicure. We walk in and the place is pretty packed with people waiting for there spa treatments. The place looks were extremely deceiving compared to there service. As I'm getting a full set the male "nail" tec cuts my finger, not once but twice. they were bleeding and kept rushing to get my nails done so didn't even complete the filling how they should be. I showed the guy my inspo pic which was purple French tips, yet have me white. I was so down in there at this point with bleeding fingers I wanted to leave. My mom was finished with her pedicure hated how uneven the polish was and how short they cut her nails as they looked unnaturally short. Eh. I don't know that I'd come back here. I came in last weekend with a girlfriend for pedicures. We decided last minute to get manicures too. The place is very nice inside, lots of nails colors and polish to choose from. They have comfy massage chairs for the pedicures. My issue with this place is I felt like they were rushing. Well, they were. It was a little busy. My pedicure was great! I loved the massage I got and the hot stones that were used, that was a first for me. I hadn't had my nails done in almost two years and it's been way longer since I've had a pedicure. I was expecting better quality for the amount of money I paid. It's only been a week and the shilac (not sure that's how it's spelled) I got on my nails is already chipping!! Thought it was "suppose to last longer". They should hire more people if they're super busy instead of rushing and half ass polishing people's nails. It's pretty annoying. Not good business. read more

This is my 3rd time coming here for a fill on my acrylic nails thinking, well this is the 3rd time, hopefully they'll do a good job this time around.. NOPE. I am done. The shellac paint is not even. I even asked the guy if he could paint down more towards my cuticle on my thumbs, I don't know what he said but he told me to put my nails under the UV light & did not fix the unevenness, obviously. My nails still look like they're grown out & that I still need a fill after I paid $40. I had to pick the acrylic out from under my nails with my teeth, even though he took the tool to shave it.. Also there are bubbles and tiny dot pieces from filing the acrylic in the shellac paint. WTF I'm not sure if he did a shitty job because I was a walk in instead of an appointment, but I will never go here again. read more

While visiting the area from out of town, I saw Dazzle Nails and decided to check it out (had not seen any Yelp reviews prior to walking in). My first impression was that the salon looked very clean, so I asked if they could take me as a walk-in. They said they could and had me pick my polish and seated me immediately, then offered me a choice of beverages. The pedi itself was pure HEAVEN... The water temp was great, I felt the Nail Tech (didn't get her name) was very thorough in preparing my nails, I liked that they allow customers to bring in their own kit (I didn't have one so bought one for $3, which I found very reasonable -- and of course it's yours to keep), the scrub, massage, lotion, hot rocks, wrapped feet and steaming towel leg wrap were all wonderful (and far more than what I get at my home salon for about the same price). The entire pedi lasted well over an hour (much of that time was the massage and pampering). My feet (and legs) feel and look great. Loved the comfy massage chair as well. I will definitely make it a point to stop in for a pedi every time I'm in the area. Really the best pedi I've ever had -- EVER. I saw the good and bad reviews when I pulled up Yelp to add my experience/review; can't speak to the negative ones, but I can say that my experience was wonderful -- very satisfied customer! I went to get a set of nails put on, granted I was the last walk-in of the night, but it was obvious they were not happy about it. Joseph threw on the fastest set of nails in history, along with some flesh he took and a lot of attitude when I pulled away cause he was hurting me. I am not a baby usually, but my finger nails hurt even the next day. I asked him to shorten all of my nails more and he only did one hand and very uneven. I went home and shortened/evened them myself. Also is there normally an up charge for white tips? Thought those were standard, but it's been years since I last had nails. I will never go back. If you're a walk in, they will make your nails look like shit. The man that works here should not have. License to do nails. I technically wasn't a "walk in". I called and made sure they weren't busy! This is my 4th time giving this place a chance!!!! And then when I point things out wrong with my nails, he tells me to "schedule an appointment with Anna next time. She's better!" Wtf?? If you are that bad, maybe consider another career? Went to get a pedicure last September with a friend before she had her baby. The lady was so rough cutting out what she considered to be an ingrown toenail that my toe was tender for a few days and I had to ask her to stop cutting before she made me bleed. Went about my business and didn't think about it until about Christmas time when I realized my toenail on that toe hadn't grown since my pedicure (there was still polish down to the cuticle and all other nails had grown out and polish was gone.) 6months and many doctor bills and medication later, I'm still fighting the toe fungus they gave me. I'm about to lose the nail completely and I'm in for another good year of it hopefully growing in correctly, or growing in at all. On the other hand (pun partially intended), my manicure lasted longer than any other manicure I've ever had, but the trade off certainly was not worth an extra week of decent hands. read more

LEFT DISCOUSSED, DISSAPOINTED, MADE FUN OF, AND WAY OVER CHARGED!! I've gone to this salon a few times, unfortunately this will be my last. There is a photo of what I asked for and what I got regarding my nails. The pedicure was awesome, I picked the $55 option, I wanted to feel pampered, and the lady was professional but not chatting at all though:/ This really sucks because I thought the guy that did my nails was the best and was very excited. I told this too him as I sat down, no conversation at all happened:/ The station had a plastic shield witch is great, but the table it self was very dirty and not wiped down or attempted to. I ask one small question about the color near the end, he gets up outta his chair quickly grabs a different color puts it on aggressively then asks me what I think. I was very shocked and didn't know what to say other than ok. Next is why I won't go back. A lady comes to his side, they start chatting in a different language and laughing (like a lot out of nowhere) she looks at me and is like"they look so fancy". My gut told me thats not what they where talking about. I noticed they took down all price boards, interesting. I went to pay, I had a $35 gift card witch I presented ( reason for going). Suddenly my bill is $118!! My pedicure was $55, so somehow a set of acrylics (I'm not even a fan of) is $65?? verses the typical $35/$40. read more

This is the second time I have gone to this salon. The first time was not bad for a $35.00 Mani Pedi and $10.00 brow wax. However on my return trip early on a Friday morning. I was told It would be a 15 minute wait, which is fine as I was a walk in. I went next door to get a cup of coffee and when I returned they took a twosome who came in after me , also walk-ins! The woman who did my pedicure had a cold and coughed on me during the worst pedicure I have ever had. The hot rocks were cold, the message was five minutes total. The polish was all over my toes. She put my shoes on before she polished! All the while the owner did my manicure IN THE CHAIR, which I hate! It took her about five minutes. She put on one coat of polish and said she would come back and do the message! While the woman polished my toes with my shoes on, she started to do my hand massage. About 10 seconds into it the phone rang and off she went. I sat there until she had yet another woman do the hand massage in the chair! After that lovely experience, the owner took me in the back for a brow wax. She did not wash her hands and she double dipped into the wax! This was the worst mani pedi I ever had. Anna waxed my brows and upper lip! My brows can be difficult because I have a scar.only $15 for both. The hygiene could have been better.she did not wash her hands before touching my face,and she double dipped the wax stick (cleaner higher end places never dip a used stick into the wax again).i would recommend washing your face soon after.next time I will just ask her to wash her hands first.I broke out on my lip because of the unsanitary conditions. Some people need to understand cultural differences and adapt. If you feel they are being rude then ask them why they are acting that way. Most if them will apologize. They always do what they can to get me in on short notice. I would rather go here - save time, gas, and money rather than blow big bucks at a fancier salon that will do the exact same service. I've been a customer at Dazzle nails multiple times, mainly for pedicures. The person doing the service is rough when they file my nails and it hurts! Recently I decided to try a manicure instead of a pedicure since my fingers are tougher than my toes. While the lady was filing my nails the cut my skin! The only reason why I gave my review two stars instead of one is my nails look pretty. However, i'm not willing to endure pain and cuts in my skin to have pretty nails. Customer service is non existent. I have been ignored even after asking how long a wait there is. I have gone several times because of convenience of location but never again. Quite frankly I believe they DON'T like Americans even though we are paying their bills. Common courtesy goes a long way. Very disappointing. My very first time here.Never again!I went in looking for an ombre french tip, I was told she couldnt do it...fine no biggie so I picked out a solid nude color, as she started painting it had dawned on me she picked a pink color that she "thought looked nice" I pull my hands out from under the UV lights and notice my nails dried clumpy from all 5 coats of paint (1 clear coat, 3 coats pink, and a matte coat) I am at this point so upset I shake my head and ask her to just remove the polish.She then says " no no ill fix for you" I again say "no.just remove it now!" In my mind im thinking I am a paying customer....you couldnt do the color I came in looking for, you then paint my nails the color you thought would look good, and then cant even put 2 coats of a nude on my nails. All said and done she STILL charged me 35$...I dont mind paying for her time and half the set of nails...but after all the service...wow.Some poor customer service! Horrible. read more
