I really appreciate the Salon's professionalism in ensuring they found another stylist for me to work with, and Sarah in particular for being patient and accommodating. I did a trial a few days before the wedding and she redid my hair several times before I found something I felt really good about. On the day of she did it even better! She also came up to Mt. She also asked if I wanted to go platinum (which I agreed to but she should have known better as a professional and assessed my hair wasn't at the right level of lift for platinum). The end result was yellow spots all over my hair and alot of breakage :/ I told her I was extremely unhappy with it and that it needed to be fixed. But, I decided I did not trust her with my hair so asked for a refund but she only gave me a partial refund. I am pretty upset overall and my hair is fried. It doesn't seem like she has any idea of how to work with bleach.
