She also asked if I wanted to go platinum (which I agreed to but she should have known better as a professional and assessed my hair wasn't at the right level of lift for platinum). The end result was yellow spots all over my hair and alot of breakage :/ I told her I was extremely unhappy with it and that it needed to be fixed. But, I decided I did not trust her with my hair so asked for a refund but she only gave me a partial refund. I am pretty upset overall and my hair is fried.
