Osmon did a great job on my carpets. He was very professional, punctual and did a thorough carpet cleaning. He took the time to inform me of the various carpet cleaning/Steam cleaning options and worked with me to determine the best solution. I appreciated the time Osmon took with me to review the final job and appreciated his follow up a few days after to ensure my satisfaction. Simple Clean Carpet Cleaning prices were very competitive and I would definitely have them clean my carpets again. read more

We decided to use Simply Clean to clean our carpets in January. Osman informed us that they are fully booked till March, but we decided to wait. Osman came promptly on time, explained the process and gave us a fair price. We had questions and he explained to us patiently and in great detail. Very pleasant and professional. You could make out that he wanted to do a great job and was in no hurry. He gave us good tips on how to keep our carpets in good condition. We will definitely use Osman's company again. read more

Once again, Osman did a fantastic job on our carpets. Our family room's carpeting was looking pretty bad prior to this cleaning and I have to say that Osman did a great job bringing it back to life. The rest of the home's carpeting looks fantastic too! read more

We are moving in to one of our properties and the original plan was to change our carpet or put flooring in but after consideration decided it just wasn't in our budget at this time. That is when my husband set out to find the best carpet cleaner and he did! Not only did Osman call beforehand and show up on time he went above and beyond in getting our carpets cleaned as best as he could. I am always hesistant to see so many 5 star reviews as yelpers tend to always post the negative but he saved us a ton of $$ and gave us the best carpet cleaning experience imaginable. Highlights: Professional On time Courteous Enthusiastic about what he does Took the time to explain what he was doing/what was done and go over any ?s HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

Hands down - some of the best service ever!!! Osman was absolutely wonderful to work with from the start. Rarely does he miss a call, and if he does, he's in touch with you before you know it. He's very nice, patient, understanding, smart, and passionate about what he does. I knew we were getting great service from him before he even cleaned our carpets, and his work is fantastic!! Our carpets look amazing, and he was even able to get up a couple of pet stains that seemed like lost causes. Also, he was able to stay within our budget, which was really important for my family. Osman puts his heart into his work, and it clearly shows. I would 100% recommend Osman for any job!! read more

It is so rare to see a business that consistently is rated 5 stars on Yelp. In this case, I agree with the reviews I've read that Simply Clean deserves a 5 star+ rating. I moved out of my house after living there for 5 years and I had to have the carpets cleaned before I left. The property manager of the house referred Osman and Simply Clean and I called him. Two days later, he cleaned the carpets in the entire house. He was on time, professional, did an awesome job, and he charged a reasonable price. I was so impressed with Osman that I will continue to use him to clean my upholstery in my new house before Christmas. I highly recommend using Simply Clean for carpet cleaning. read more

Osman is very professional and patient person! Great to work with. We have been going back and forth for a couple of weeks and was very patient with us and working with our store's schedule and needs. Osman takes great care of his clients and does an awesome job. These guys do terrific work. They are professional and experienced. I look forward to using their services again in the future.

We recently had our carpets cleaned by Osman and we are very glad we did! Osman was great! He was on time, took the time to explain everything and our carpets were so clean!!! He was able to remove a lot of dirt from our stairs... spots I thought would never come out! He was so good we actually askes him to clean our parents' carpets. He is very well priced (much more competitive than others in the area)... but most of all, he was super nice and really took pride in his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!! read more

Update 8/12/2014 Called This company again because buyer wants the carpet professionally cleaned before they move in on the 11th, which is Monday. I called them on the 6th and they agreed to do it on the Sunday. Not only that they also gave me a $20 discount for being a return customer. Thanks again Osman! Original review 6/5/2014: I originally was thinking of replacing my carpets before selling the house but my Realtor recommended to just have it professionally cleaned. I have a toddler a 3 year old and a dog. Now my 5 year old carpet smells good and fells like brand new. Highly recommend. read more

I don't normally write reviews but he is worth it! Osman was friendly, priced well and very hard working. We got our entire house cleaned and the carpets look great. read more

Osman is professional, on-time, and very reasonably priced. This is our 2nd time using his service, and our 10 year old carpets look practically brand new again. We have tried a few different services and found ourselves agreeing to all of the upselling prices ending up paying 2-3 times more than the original quote! Another issue with other services is that our carpets would take days to dry. I trust this service, and he is by far the best deal and best job. read more

Osman was professional, on time and he worked very hard to get all of our carpets clean. He was also very open and up front about expectations. We have 4 children and they beat the carpet up. The carpets are pretty old and we've had them cleaned before, but no one has gotten them as clean as Simply Clean. First carpet cleaner I will remember and call back for our next cleaning. Highest rating! read more

Just had our carpets and rug cleaned by Osman from Simply Clean Carpet Cleaning and he did a fantastic job! I called about half dozen local places and this company was about 2/3 of the cost and in a few cases 1/2! Osman was meticulous and really took time to clean the carpet well. He was friendly and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend him if you need a good deep cleaning for your carpet. read more

An incredibly reliable and honest businessman, Osman was punctual and had a great sense of humor. He had quoted us less than what the competitors charged for less service. His knowledge of the carpet-cleaning business is evident and provided valuable information regarding the equipment he was using to give the best results. He went above and beyond our expectations. After my mother noticed how great of a job he had done with the rest of the house she asked him if he can wash our 10'x8' rug. He stayed to wash our rug per my mother's request. That's what I call customer service and this customer is well pleased with the results. Another plus is that my carpets were clean and dry in 24 hours. I write this review 3 weeks after having them cleaned and my 6 year old carpets look new again. read more

Three weeks after Osman cleaned our carpets, they're still looking spotless! We had some really bad puppy stains from when our puppy was still getting housebroken. I was worried that the stains were irreversible. Osman warned that the stains might come back after a few days. He explained the science behind carpet cleaning and the different technique options we could use. 'm so thrilled that the spots are gone though! Overall, Osman was extremely professional and explained everything from start to finish. His pricing was extremely reasonable too. I will definitely be using Osman in the future. read more

We have 3 dogs and were in a rental with carpeting. We had Simply Clean come out 3 times over the past 18 months. Every time he left, the carpet, which was old, looked great and any dog smell was gone! Very courteous, professional and does a great job! read more

This guy is super, super professional, curteous on the phone, respectful of your home and did a fantastic job with our carpet which I have to say, was absolutely disgusting. After 2 little boys smashing banana and grape juice all over the carpet for five years (along with dog soil/wear & tear), Osman was honest with me regarding his capabilities and definitely performed. Highly reccomended! read more

Osman is the best in the business! He did an amazing job carpet streaming my whole town house, which consists of three floors in a very timely manner! We can't say enough great things about Osman. He came to our home to give us an exact quote, something no other company offered to do. There was no bait and switch and no upsell. He was honest and worked within our parameters to give us a fair deal. We have used several different carpet cleaners in the past and our carpets have never looked better than after Osman cleaned the carpets. We plan on using him for all of our future carpet cleanings. read more

Another 5 Star Rating for Simply Clean, Osman is very professional, detailed, and helped in finding solutions for our home carpet and rug cleaning. He uses non-toxic chemicals that smelled clean and refreshing. He also used a low moisture method on our upstairs carpet that turned out wonderful and dried quickly, it made it easy for our children going upstairs etc later that day. I've used many different cleaners in the past, what makes Osman stand out besides the wonderful job that was completed is that he genuinely cares and is open about what and how he's going to do the job beforehand. Definitely call on him for your carpet/rugs cleaning needs. read more
