*UPDATE* Still the best guys to call for all your carpet cleaning needs. Have called them twice now and just no complaints whatsoever. They're punctual, friendly and just plain good at what they do. Fabulous! Adrian and his team were punctual, and they did an amazing job. Adrian provided me with a quote over the phone, he came with his team, and did a bang up job! He said the carpet would dry in 2-5 hours and sure enough, in 2 hours or so, it was dry. Would definitely recommend and use his services again. read more

I have been using Adrian's services for about 8 years now. And he and his team never seem to disappoint. This time I had a white oversized shag rug that looked yellow. Adrian seamlessly in under 30 minutes cleaned the rug and disinfected . The end result after a few hours of drying was the brand new look ! Kudos Adrian.. read more

Eminent Carpet Cleaning - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

* Always easy as well as flexible when it comes to making an appointment * On time every time (in some cases early) * Same guys each time we've had them throughout the years (with a newbie here and there) * They pay attention to detail and they are quick * and most importantly I trust them in my home!!! {and I mean trust to the point that I left them in my home alone and got us Starbucks} Our carpets look awesome and they got out stains that I was sure wouldn't come out. read more

Having lots of animals means your carpets get dirty quickly. It was time for a good carpet cleaning and based on the great yelp reviews I called Eminent. They did a great job cleaning the carpets and removed almost all of the stains. They were friendly and fast with fair pricing. I was told an estimate over the phone and they stuck to that which I really like. We had 2 rooms cleaned and a set of stairs. After I checked everything out when they left, I noticed they didn't clean the landing at the top of the stairs?! Maybe that was extra, but there were a bunch of stains still left. It's a very small landing and it would have been very easy to do. I ended up getting some vinegar and trying to do it myself. I'm not sure if it was overlooked or if I was not clear that it was to be cleaned to. That was the only disappointing thing. read more

Adrian of Eminent Carpet Cleaning has been cleaning our carpets since he started his business.. When he gives an estimate, it ends up being exactly what was quoted. I really appreciate his honesty and professional attitude. Also what is great for us, is that he is the owner as well as the one who does the job. We find that very important that he doesn't just send out someone else to do the job. He takes pride in his work and always does a great job. We never worry about any damage or anything going wrong. He is licensed and bonded and we feel confident in his work that we always recommend him to anyone who is looking to get their carpets clean. read more

I've used Eminant Carpet cleaning service several times now and very happy with the results. The owner Adrian oversees the job and his employees making sure the job starts and finishes smoothly . This company has all the right equipment , new vehicles and latest and greatest including plastic bumpers that go up against all the corners of the lower door trims to make sure they don't get marked up from the equipment. Nice friendly crew. Shows up on time and hardworking. Will continue using this service , great experience every time. read more

You know how you get a bunch of mailers for carpet cleaning places and then when you decide it's time to clean your carpets, you can't find any or don't know if they will do a good job? Well this happened to me. Yelp to the rescue! Called up Eminent Carpets and set up an appt that same week! Guys showed up on time, were extremely professional and did an amazing job! Even got rid of a huge stain that other carpet cleaners have not been able to do. They knocked out 3 rooms + stairs in about an hour. Highly recommend! read more

If you are ever in need of carpet cleaning I highly recommend Eminent Carpet Cleaning. Adrain and Seabastian are both hard working professionals that did an outstanding job on the place I was renting. Their prices beat their competitors, they're efficient and they do top notch work. If you need your carpets cleaned call these guys first. read more

Eminent Carpet Cleaning has wonderful customer service - Adrian seems always available by phone and if not, calls back immediately (like, within the minute even!). The window for arrival is small, so you are not waiting around all day - and Eminent arrives within the window. Adrian is helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Besides customer service, Eminent does an excellent job of cleaning. When they were finished, there was no toxic odor at all, and the carpets really looked like new. We have berber carpets, which are not the easiest to get clean, but Eminent did the job much better than our previous carpet cleaners. Eminent is also super reasonable price-wise. There is not much more to ask for - Eminent has great service, does an awesome job at a great price! We are very happy!! =-) read more

Adrian and his partner, Sebastian, came out to our home on Saturday to clean our carpets which included 2 bedrooms, a loft, a hallway and a staircase. We have two 80 lb. dogs, so we desperately need to have the carpets cleaned. They were prompt and very professional. The whole thing took about an hour. You could see the improvement almost immediately. I didn't smell anything but clean, disinfected carpets. Adrian even showed me what came up out of my carpet - which made me gag a little bit - a softball sized ball of fur, hair and dirt (ick!). He charged me the same price that was quoted to me on the phone $173. Upon drying (about 4 hours), the carpets looked as good as they did when we first had them installed. They are soft and smell great! I would definitely use Adrian's service again and I plan on making this a twice a year event! read more

Adrain is very good at what he does. I have used Adrain's services for the last 5 yrs or more, actually since he has been in business. Very punctual and on time every time. He does an exceptional job cleaning carpet and upholstery. I can always count on him. Good Job Adrian. Keep it up. read more

I used Eminent once before and I was really pleased. This time they brought different equipment and 3 guys for 1 room. I had to go to work so I paid cash in advance with a $20 tip and left the 3 guys here. When I got home, the carpet was wet but not clean. Usually there's styrofoam pieces under the furniture to protect it, nope, not this time, just stains and dissatisfaction. Won't use Eminent again. 3 guys, possibly one with sticky fingers? read more

Called to get a quote, indicated that we had large living room (17' x 17' which counts as two rooms), 4 other rooms, and stairs. Quoted by room and stairs. Spotless in Pleasanton quoted by sq feet and per step, which was over 2X of what Adrian quoted. On the day of the service he called as he was running a little about 40 mins late, no problem. He and two of his staff arrived and started immediately. Did the job in 1.5 hours. Went over areas as needed to take care of stains, which I didn't even notice. When he was done he asked for less than the quote since it was a quick job for him and his crew. Great job!! Although the coupons that come in the mail appear to be lower in price, I prefer supporting local businesses. I'm sure those coupon guys also try to upsell, Adrian didn't. Will be using them to get the other rooms and tile done in a few months. Keep up the great work guys!! read more

Adrain and Seabastian were amazing. They usually don't work on Sundays, but I had a deadline to fulfil and they were accommodating to help, even if it required them to work on a Sunday. They did an amazing job on cleaning my carpets and pointed out where there was some damage. Professional and punctual. Highly recommended. Thank you again. read more

Fellow Yelpers'... Just had my carpets cleaned by Adrain at Eminent. He was 10 minutes early. Totally knowledgeable; friendly; professional... by far the best carpet cleaner experience I've ever had. I have had some real "shisters" in the past ... with the coupon deals... and the questionable pricing. Adrain was honest, and he gave me one price and accepted the online coupon (from his website)... and that is exactly what I paid. Nothing more. My carpets look amazing! Don't waste time with anyone else in the tri-valley. Call this guy. You won't be disappointed. read more

Just had my carpets and kitchen tile cleaned by Eminent and all I can say is "WOW". I've never been so excited over clean tile and carpet. Adrien and his team did an A+ job and I fully recommend them. They were super responsive, professional and kind. I still can't believe how the tile turned out. Unreal. Thank you again Adrien and team for the outstanding work. read more

I wish there are more starts! Eminent have cleaned my home carpet and rugs on Saturday in a very professional, effective, and affordable price. On the top of that, I've asked them to clean my tiles and I was impressed with the results. They are very honest. They are my #1 carpet cleaner company from now on. read more

I've used Eminent a handful of times. I've always been impressed when he leaves and in the weeks/months to come. I must admit I fell for a mail ad that said they'd clean my whole house for $100 bucks. Stupid me. I ended up paying double and the stains came back withing a week. Adrian gets stains out with no extra charge. We have a labrador that digs and brings in mud and a toddler who gets food all over the place. My carpet looks practically new. I have nothing negative to say whatsoever. I will never "cheat" on Eminent again... read more

These guys are super FAB! They were awesome and super nice. I am not a morning person do my carpet was full of coffee stains from me waddling up and down the stairs still in my sleep coma. Needless to say, these guys got most of the stains out in less than an hour and for a good price. They also have green organic as an option!! So cool that they offer that option. My carpet is fluffy new again!!!! Thanks guys read more

Adrian did a great job. He takes pride in his work and was able to refresh the look of the old carpets.

They did a fabulous job. They were on time, professional and their prices are reasonable. They gave an estimate over the phone based on the square footage of the area to be cleaned and it was an accurate estimate. read more

I called these guys because I was moving out and needed to get my whole deposit back. I was told by the property management company it would probably be cheaper to hire my own company than to let them bring someone in. Eminent Cleaning had great reviews and was local. They showed up early and got right to work. They quoted me two hours for a three bed 1400sq ft townhouse. It took about an hour. The place looks great. Adrian and his coworker we very professional. I did a walk through later in the day and they did an awesome job. A couple stains I was worried about came right out. If I ever need a carpet cleaned again, these are the guys I will be calling. read more

Adrian is amazing. I have used these guys 2 times, for two different homes and both times they have amazed me. They do great work, are really fast and don't charge you an arm and a leg. I called them yesterday to schedule a cleaning for the following week. They called me back, said they were in town and able to be at my house in 2 hours. They came over and did my house at the last minute! And my carpets look better than brand new! Highly recommend these guys. read more

Adrian and his partner just left my home. They did a FABULOUS job on my carpets and gave me an incredibly fair and reasonable price. Typically when I have people do work on my house, upon arrival they raise their prices because of the quality and size of my home. Eminent however came in and charged me far less than anyone else I've ever had preform the same job, with a far superior quality of workmanship than anyone else. A++++ Be sure to call them as EMINENT IS THE WAY TO GO!!!! read more

Eminent is the best company i have ever used. They are prompt, friendly and can get the worst rust stain out of any carpet. They spent less than 30 minutes in my home and the carpet looks brand new. I will never use any other carpet cleaning company other than this one. I would give them 100+ stars if that were an option. Thank you Eminent for doing a fantastic job and saving me from having to replace my carpet! read more
