Mustafa arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He started with laying protective sheets on my hardwood floors and corner protectors for the walls/baseboards before treating the carpeted room with professional-grade enzyme disinfectant. He was very diligent. Because of the "deep cleaning" technique, the carpet was still wet when he left, so he offered to leave some high-powered fans to help with the drying time.
