We needed carpet cleaning for our rental move out and Mike was very fast with a response, direct and fair with an estimate, and timely and efficient on the day of our carpet cleaning. The house is approximately 1600sqft and practically all of it is carpet. Since it was an empty house, to clean the entire house took approximately 2.5 hrs and the carpet looked completely brand new. Areas where it was very apparent that they were high traffic spots and the carpet was flat were now fluffy and clean. The best part was how fairly dry the carpet was once I came back to inspect. Mike has been cleaning our carpets since 2017. His work is excellent, and we value that the carpets are not wet for the rest of the day. My only critique is that he has a pattern of not being on time for the scheduled appointment, but this may just be the nature of the business. We hired Mike to clean the grout of our kitchen and bathrooms. He did a great a job. The tile looks as good as it's going to get. I guess I was expecting some fancy-shmancy high tech equipment. Instead, his process was mostly good ol' fashioned elbow grease and chemicals. He was done within a couple of hours. If you absolutely don't want to tackle this task yourself, then by all means, Heavenly RapidDry is a great option. For the price of $350 and a couple of hours though, in the future I'll most likely spend two hours of my own time to get that grout sparkly. Recently, I called Mike with a pet emergency. He came out within a few hours. I asked if he had time to take care of my carpets while he was there and he made the time. I was worried that my almost new couches were ruined from my dogs, but Mike assured me he could take care of them and they would be good as new. He did not disappoint. They looked amazing and smelled great. It took a little longer for the couches to dry, but I was very happy with the results. When he cleans the carpets, he is very thorough and efficient. We leave the house for a few hours and come back with beautifully cleaned carpets. Heavenly RapidDry uses biodegradable chemicals, unless the stain is really bad (like red wine stain), but Mike will tell you first what must be used to remove the stain. With young children and dogs, I don't like to use any smelling harsh chemicals. Mike is an trust worthy and will get the job done right the first time. I've had several throw rugs that he has cleaned and they look brand new. He even recommended that I replace some since they weren't worth the cleaning fee. The carpet cleaning in January went well, so I contacted Mike for another carpet cleaning early this month which turned out to be a great disappointment. I cleaned up the house and waited for him 3 times, but he canceled them at the last minute with different reasons. First time was running behind schedule. Second time he showed up and looked around then said he had to take care of something else and left. The third reason was that he is taking some personal time off. For the last time, I even sent an reminder the day before but he just gave me that reason a couple hours before the cleaning.
