I purchased a softener system a few weeks ago and it has been somewhat of a nightmare. They have the lowest price around but it is apparent that comes with cost in other ways. I was under the assumption that I was going to finance the system from the conversation. I mentioned having to finance when I spoke to customer service. They installed the system a couple weeks later. The service technician is the only one that was incredibly friendly and only one that seems to know what is going on. The two ladies at the office informed me after the install that the financing company that was mentioned in their invoice is not a good company to work with due to their insane interest rates. My thought was ok, why not remove them from the invoice? Then they said I need to at least pay half and a few weeks later pay the rest of the amount. They mentioned that if I didn't have the money that I had to hurry and get financing on my own. I started working on finding a bank to help me with a loan and it has been a bit of a waiting game. Banks don't just hand you money instantly. In the past week, these old ladies have been harassing me, asking me to hurry up and pay. I would think that it should be company policy to be completely transparent with the entire process. They made a mistake and instead of apologizing, they are harassing me, calling and emailing trying to rush the payment after the fact. I have apologized and explained several times that I am working on finding a bank to help me. If you are going to purchase the system outright, I would almost recommend but being that they are so disorganized, I am now questioning whether the quality is there. I can't imagine what servicing will look like when that time comes around. Seriously, what a mess! read more

He showed up on time, replaced the resin in my old unit quickly and cleanly, examined the old Fleck 5600 for its overall condition and any red flags (there were none), gave me some great insights into how my system should be operating, and charged me roughly half of what a competitor had quoted for the same job (and less than he had quoted on the phone!). They are straight-shooting, friendly and very competitive on price. Abel came out to look at our 10 yr old water softener (another company had sold and installed) because we were having some problems with it. He made some adjustments, explained what was going on, and it worked well for about another year. I noticed a leak (different problem) a few weeks ago and called them to see if he could fix it. He could have and it would have been very inexpensive. They didn't try to sell me on anything, but I decided I wanted a bigger unit for my family who seems to use more water now than when they were little. Needed some resin for my older current unit and the hubby found this place. I emailed them and Lisa was so fast to reply it amazed me. She was not only fast, but kind, thorough and extremely helpful! After emailing each other back and forth, we headed headed to get the stuff we needed. (We also found a pizza joint close by and thought we'd try it for lunch) When we got there, we were met by Lisa who was/is such a pleasant person, I felt like we were long time friends.
