Great customer service all throughout from speaking with Ms. Myra over the phone to set up an appointment consultation with Mr. Alex and the installation of "The Works Package" with Mr. Anthony and Mr. Jose! Unbeatable prices and savings! They are honest and straightforward with how this works. This is our first time getting a water softener. Alex was able to explain how the system works and was also able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Being the son of the owner, he is humble and also a hard worker. He makes us feel that we are in good hands and takes our anxiety away by assuring us not only by words but also by action that they will be there when there is a problem with the system. Anthony was also able to answer my questions during installation. He is a very knowledgeable technician. I spoke with Cristina and she was able to set up an appointment within this week when there was a problem with the drinking faucet (loose screw that I tried to fix myself, but i couldn't). Anthony and Jose had modified a screw/washer that could fit in the sink space, and it worked. They were in and out quick and also was able to test the water again and everything was good to go!

My home warranty sent someone to take a look at it and when they stated I needed to get it replaced, they gave me a quote that I was not happy with. I asked for recommendations on who I should have replace my water softener and many of my neighbors recommended Texas Blue Water Filtration. I called on a Tuesday and they got me a new upgraded system 2 days later. I got the softener with the whole house carbon whole house filtration. I love how quick they were to respond and how they explained how everything works in the system I got. Wife noticed a difference in the water the same day. I highly recommend this business!

We made…read moreit clear we were just getting quotes and comparing and he was respectful of our time with his presentation. After comparing prices with other companies, we decided to go with them. They were willing to negotiate and offered us a military discount which sealed the deal for us. However, the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because from the date of sale, we waited about 6 weeks before they could actually schedule the install. We were told they could install the softener internally to avoid HOA politics but on the day of service, we were told this was not possible, although they did make an attempt. We ended up having to buy a shed which pretty much came at the cost of their discount and going through our HOA anyway. They came back the next day to finish the job. Overall, we were very happy with the service they provided despite that hiccup. Would recommend them for their service and professionalism.

Installation and overall use of the system was hassle-free, which I really appreciate. That said, there were a couple of things that didn't match what was originally discussed. I was initially told a reverse osmosis system would be included, but I was later convinced I didn't need it, and they never came out to install it. Looking back, it would have been nice to have that option honored. I was also told service would be free every 5-7 years, but when I needed service, I ended up having to pay for the visit. Overall, despite those issues, I would still recommend them for people that do not want to deal with it, because the system itself works well and the overall experience was smooth. In hindsight, I probably would have installed a system myself. It's actually much simpler than I initially thought, and there are comparable systems available online for significantly less. For example, back in 2015 I paid around $4,300, while similar systems can be found for closer to $1,200 - $1,600. If you're comfortable with basic DIY projects, it could save you a few thousand dollars.

Patricia and Hugo came by and explained how the water softener and reverse osmosis system worked. They discussed the advantages and conducted water tests to demonstrate the difference between regular tap water and softener/reverse osmosis water. There were no sales gimmicks or fast talk, just facts, and we appreciated their honesty and integrity. We will continue to work with Hugo and Patricia as long as we have our water softener system. We highly recommend doing business with "The Water Doctor". You get more than your money's worth.

I was familiar with the big box stores such as Lowes and Home Depot carrying water softeners, but I also knew that they sublet their installation out and I wanted to support a locally owned business that I could reach out to with any concerns instead. Cheaper is not always better. I found The Water Doctor through online reviews such as this and I'm very glad I did. Hugo, Patricia and their assistant are wonderful, honest people. Our installation was on time as promised and the area was left clean of any debris. The Water Doctor is a veteran and family-owned business. We are looking forward to years of a professional relationship servicing our home.
