After she was done, I told her I wanted it shorter as the picture shows. Then I had to have her trim the sides because she barely cut them and the cut I showed her was a big difference from my hair then. I wanted volume at the top but she said she would cut underneath on my crown to give volume but it didn't. I came home and did a lot of trimming to get it a little more like I wanted it but because I'm not a pro, it still isn't what I want. I'll let it grow and go somewhere else. I've never been so unhappy with a haircut which is why I will never go back.

When I asked for it to be warmer she walked away for a bit then came back and continued working like I said nothing. Even though the two of us asked for the same service, we did not get the same services done. When I asked about it she only spoke to the tech who was with my friend and he gave me a sad smile as she continued to work and not once acknowledge me. There was no massage, not warm towel wrap, and no scrub. She pretty much cut then painted my nails. They charged me the full price, though. When I asked about the service not reflecting the price, they doubled down and she walked away from me to hide in the back. Her lack of technique shows in the finished product. About a month ago, I patron the Siham hair Salon. I had just got my nails down and asked about a…read moreplace to get my hair done and they pointed to next door. I had such a great experience with the nail salon I felt comfortable going next door. Siham was very nice and personable. She fit me in as she was doing a color and cut. I only wanted a wash, blow dry and flat iron, but then she said I needed a trim. I explained only a trim and to not cut much off. My hair is down to my waste and had a very nice cut from a few months before. Siham destroyed that cut, my hair looks worse, and she cut inches off my long hair. When she asked how long it took for my hair to grow I told her to stop cutting my hair and swept up the hair quickly. I had already spent three hours at her salon and just wanted to go home. She curled my ends which quickly fell out once I stepped out side into the high humidity. When I returned the next day she denied ever cutting my hair short, kept pulling my hair down on my face, and roughly pulling a brush through my hair. I had to stop her and give her lesson in how to properly brush long hair. I also explained that she is overworked and needs help because either she has no experience with long hair, she is too tired, or she is jealous. She ultimately offered a hair wash with a grin.
