I even brought my four-year-old in to have her nails and toes painted for her first little spa experience and she actually ended up dropping a whole bottle of red nail polish on their beautiful floor and I just about died of embarrassment and they were so sweet making sure she knew it was OK because she was distraught and felt so bad. They cleaned it up and treated her with so much love and tenderness and that goes a long way for me. I also broke one nail had to come in to get it fixed before leaving for a work conference and they got me in immediately fixed it no charge. Due to a color he stated he did not have he decided to get upset yell and curse and reiterate I told you I didn't have the exact color you wanted. I responded it ok sir we can pick a different color (still being polite and understanding) he continued to yell and curse and threaten to call the police( at this moment I knew he must of had a bad experience in the past and just pre judged me) if you are non Caucasian or a non caucasian young adult or child you are not welcomed here he will try to get a reaction out of you through his past experiences that caused him this much trauma. I usually am the type of person who matches energy however I felt more concerned and bad for him and I hope he does not let his past experiences influence how he treats certain people moving forward. Within 24 hours, one toe of polish completely came off and within 48 it was two. I am not hard on my feet - no extended time in water, wearing close toes shoes, or anything that would cause damage to the polish so no reason for it to come off other than improper application or an inferior product. Absolutely crazy to pay $85 for this.

Since we were 11 a.m. I had a busy morning and rushed out without coffee. I asked if they had coffee and they do, but it's powder from a package. Therefore, it is already sweetened with creamer and sugar. It was a little too sweet for me, so next time I know I need to bring my coffee. I really enjoy the decor of the place, it has a lot of glitter (which I love) and tons of greys and blue. They really like this dog training show and play it on the TV. It's a random thing to notice, but I miss when they played the home improvement shows. However, since I was there with my sister we were busy chatting instead. Their no frills pedicure (which is still great) is $33, which I think is a great deal. I feel like my feet were pampered and I have a new color that stays on pretty long.
