I received a confirmation text and a reminder text for the appointment which were friendly and greatly appreciated. On day of the appointment, staff was wearing masks and following CDC guidelines. (Thank you!) My daughter had a fantastic time with a wonderful wash, great cut, and super cute blow dry. The entire salon is decorated cute yet very professional. It was clean and not stuffy feeling. She was all smiles when leaving. Mikayla did such a great job and helping her feel good. (Thank you as she has had major anxiety about everything going on.) My hair was down my back before the chop and was only to my shoulders and breaking when I left. Never again! I do not reccommend. Edit: Definitely not a fake review. Those that do post reviews probably wouldn't take the time to respond. You probably don't remember me because I never went back. Once was enough for me. You can call this a fake review if it makes you feel better but I sincerely hope you have learned how to do hair properly since then.

When I got there on the rescheduled date, I had to wait for her and she ultimately never arrived due to something else coming up, which was never communicated. But Xochi took over did a great job, she was very friendly. Aside from the scheduling headache, Xochi did a very good silk press!!
