We had the additional panels and Bliss Brothers Solar was willing to come and install them, wire them and link them to our inverters. Kevin Bliss did a very good job keeping us apprised of where they were in the approval process with our power provider and local fire marshal. Everyone we worked with from the Bliss Brothers Solar team was helpful throughout the project planning and execution phases. We're very glad we found such a responsive and fair team to work with.

I was told that the electric company would buy back the excess electricity that my system produced, but the amount that I was told is drastically less than what is being paid, almost 1/10 of what was stated. I was told that ArrowPoint would periodically check on routine maintenance- they never have and have never even responded to a call for service. I also see in the contract that it appears a Lien of sorts is on my house because of this solar purchase- that was NEVER mentioned. The most bold faced lie is that the Green Energy tax REBATE would be in cash directly back to me. The REBATE amount was even included in the payment schedule. I find out that it is a tax credit of sorts and I have never received it, therefore the monthly payment increased. I feel that I was lied to, multiple times, and taken advantage of. I am almost 90 now, and this debt will transfer to my kids. We all sat at my kitchen table and the salesman said I would see a ROI within 5 years. That has never happened to this date. I need help with this corrupt and deceitful company. When we first noticed at problem, within the 1st 3 months of inquiring about the tax REBATE, we went in person to the SolarPoint office. The Office Mgr disclosed that our salesman was his brother-in-law and he just got the words wrong. Because of that they offered to pay 3 months of our payments, UNTIL the tax REBATE/credit could be sorted out. I didn't really want to accept but my daughter-in-law suggested it was a positive for me. So accepted that concession. When we called the finance company, All-IN-Credit Union, the lady that was verifying the credits for me said, "Oh Honey you should have held out for more, I've seen them offer much more than that." So the finance company was aware of what they considered a on-going business practice from ArrowPoint to placate angry clients. I need help from Consumer Protection and I need help finding a reputable attorney to help me end this deceitful, predatory contract.

I've been texting her and trying to leave messages with their new computer answering service (which sucks), since June 19th, with no response. Can't help but feel that she is ghosting me. I have an issue where I bought A solar system last year, which included a new panel that I was told I had to upgrade to. The panel they replaced was only two years old. Approx 3-4 months later, I was sold on the benefits of upgrading to a battery backup and a new Span "Smart" panel, which cost a good chunk of money. Hailey Agreed to refund me $5,ooo to offset the price on the new panel for the one they just replaced (which they took with them). I have yet to see that check, she keeps telling me that it is in the "Queue" to be sent.. Texted her yesterday, informing her that I would be driving 1 hour and 34 minutes from Clinton, MO to their Location in Springfield, MO to speak with her in person. I drove there today, the 15th, and was greeted by a young woman, who I did not get her name, I should have, it could have been Hailey, avoiding the public. She told me that Hailey was in the field. I asked to speak to the owner, Bud Pierce, but was told he too was in the field. I paid a lot of money for this complete system, which has had its issues, but for now, my concern is with fact that Hailey will not step up and honor Her deal for the Span Panel and that she will not return calls or text messages. No hidden B.S., or trying to minpulate numbers trying to get me to buy what they where selling!! They layed the facts out there & said you choose. After I chose to install solar literally all I did was 3 or 4 signatures and bam! I had solar on my roof next week! (not 90 days+) They made my home more efficient by added 8 bags of insulation in my attic, added a nest thermostat, put up 29 panels with the inverter & a shut off to the grid in about 10-12 hours! Other company's Installs in our area that I've seen have a much less appealing install. They have 2 inverters, 2 shut off switches and 2 meters (so much clutter). The panels from other companies are also installed horizontal and vertical on the roofs, not mine! They look better when all done one way or the other! P.S. there is a 30 day install guarantee with solar solutions or they pay your electric bill. PLUS, I have a 25 year guarantee on all equipment and my roof if it leaks where they penetrated It! I have had to ask every other contractor/service provider that has came to my house during covid to wear a mask. That is something I truly appreciate vs the awkward "can you wear a mask to protect my home & family".
