I did have to email a lot and give bad reviews in order to have the situation rectified However, simple solar did come back and fix the situation. The whole home energy audit still did not happen. However my electric company does that for $75 and when I informed simple solar they gave me $75 to have that done. I received my first year payment and a little extra compensation for all the trouble I went through to have this done. My electric panels, work fantastically and I really like the app technology and see exactly how much I'm producing every day Thank you to Mr. Luke Aurthur and Miss Cathy for being a great communicator's and working with me until my situation resolved to our satisfaction.

We had a 10 kW system set up just about one year after moving to central Missouri. Over time, we realized we needed an additional 5 kW to truly meet our needs. We had the additional panels and Bliss Brothers Solar was willing to come and install them, wire them and link them to our inverters. Kevin Bliss did a very good job keeping us apprised of where they were in the approval process with our power provider and local fire marshal. Everyone we worked with from the Bliss Brothers Solar team was helpful throughout the project planning and execution phases. We're very glad we found such a responsive and fair team to work with.

After signing the contract for solar panels, it took 10 months to actually get them to install them. They had every excuse in the book. They were backlogged. They didn't have the panels. They needed to get permits. We tried to force them to cancel the contract due to them being in breach of contract multiple times, but they threatened to invoke their $25,000 penalty if we tried that. They have written in their contract that you cannot post any negative reviews, or you will be in breach of contract. What a joke. Once they installed the panels, it took another 6 weeks to get the battery and controller installed. But then it took another 4 weeks to actually get everything to work, except someone forgot to get the city permit required to be able to connect everything up to the residential power supply. Whoops. Once the permit was issued, the system was sort of working, but wouldn't connect to the WiFi. if it wasn't connected to the WiFi, it wasn't recording the reverse charge for the power being generated. This took another month to get resolved. What a cluster fuck. Don't walk away from this company...RUN!
