Kevin Bliss did a very good job keeping us apprised of where they were in the approval process with our power provider and local fire marshal. I did have to email a lot and give bad reviews in order to have the situation rectified However, simple solar did come back and fix the situation. The whole home energy audit still did not happen. However my electric company does that for $75 and when I informed simple solar they gave me $75 to have that done. I received my first year payment and a little extra compensation for all the trouble I went through to have this done. NOPE.. TOTALLY WRONG!! 3) Suddenly, now, our system does not work.. no, we are not late on our monthly payment, paid it 6 days ago via automatic draft.

The reinspection failed according to there master electrician for the exact same reasons it failed the first time. Vivint sales and customer service won't lift a finger to help me. Arrowpoint is the most incompetant company i have ever dealt with. At this point I am lost on what to do other then hire an attorney.
