Which he said was necessary to reach pump. During that process a small drain door was broken. Dimitri's answer was to jam it closed & "immediately" leave & run to my bank to cash my check made out to his wife not the business(?). The next day the washer still was leaking, the delicate cycle did not move nor wash. Plus that cycle temp could not be changed. Which any of these complaints worked B4 he worked on my washer. We physically went to the problem source, discussed his fix, and explained what caused the problem in the first place. Actually gave me a lesson in "Water leaks"... There was, naturally, a charge for the work and parts, but the LESSONS WERE FREE! This young man is a credit to the younger generation and a credit to his company. Could not be more pleased. I was told he had this all worked out with the dealer on the phone. I did this and the pump was put in I was told the refund would take at least a month and would come to them and they would pass it on to me . I called in a month and half to check on it they say they know nothing about it and have no record of it. So I am out $1200 that I should have been paid back for the new pump. I guess its my fault for not getting it all in writing but I thought they could be trusted.

We tell them we don't know, so they say they will need to install one before they can clear the drain $4,200!! And there's also a chance we need a need sewer line $10,000!!!! Mike sent out a friend he works with and the man waled right to the back of the house., pulled off some boot, and shove a grinding machine in the pipe... Boom cleared in 20 minutes!!!! Didn't even charge me!!' Said he will get the money next week when he puts a clean out in for only $1,500!!!!! SHOP LOCALLY!!!! I will never use anyone else ever again for my plumbing issues!!!
