Nadja and her team are amazing. From start to finish the entire process was super chill. She came out immediately upon my request for quotes for a lot of different projects on a new house. They scraped the old ceiling finish off, and relocated and replaced a busted attic access. The rehung multiple doors, replaced busted deck steps, and built a huge fence and RV gate for me. The work was extensive, and the pricing for the fence was super reasonable and it came out crazy nice! Honestly I was surprised at the quotes as I expected them to try to take me to the cleaners as most of the contractors I have dealt with out here were super pricey. Change out a light switch plate? Sure, for twenty bucks. Here's the kicker though, and what sets them apart from the rest; I live in AZ. Giving contractors access to a house unsupervised can make the most trustworthy person think twice. I have cameras set up throughout my house though, and every day they were there early in the morning, doing the work without needing to be supervised. Every night they cleaned up after themselves and locked up and not once did I catch any of their guys in the master bedroom trying on the wife's lingerie when nobody was looking. Nadja stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and never got annoyed at my repeated questions, or 'suggestions' no matter how stupid they were. Hometown Handyman rocks to say the least. Our master closet was all tricked out with the interlocking closet shelves. Unfortunately the installer only anchored the screws into the drywall instead of putting them in the studs. Consequently, the whole shooting match pulled itself off the wall and collapsed. The service worker was competent and thorough and fast and friendly. Will be using this service again. read more

We talked over the phone and set up and appointment. My husband switched work hours to make it work. They called last minute to reschedule..which was fine. Then on the second appt, which I had rearranged plans for, they didn't bother to show up, call or message. Didn't even respond to our calls or messages. I am glad we did not give them money as with this level of unprofessionalism, I would not want these people in my home. Very shady read more

Do not use them! They are not reliable and their customer service is rude. They left me in a very tough situation when I had a deadline to meet and they literally told me to find another handyman because they couldn't find my condo. I have had several vendors go to my condo with no issues. They may offer you the best price, but it is not worth booking them and not having them show up or do the work they said they would. read more

Well built fence. Wanted to have the fence transition from 6ft to 4ft tall along the back and the transition is seamless. Looks great!

The woman Nadja is very rude. She makes appointments. I had to reschedule my appointment because I was very busy and work. She came out to my house the day before and said she would do the repairs to my fence. She misrepresented who would be doing the work. The handyman guy was too busy apparently. I decided to go with a different handyman because of her very hateful text messages to me. Too many handyman people around to do the work for me. read more

Both Tom and Nadia were fabulous. Tom will be my handyman for as long as he's in Missouri. He was fast and very knowledgeable. I love that he thought of a solution to my problem that was far superior to my idea. I believe him to be both trust worthy and honest. I would recommend him to anyone.
