I had an appointment scheduled to have a routine service done on my garage door as it's probably 20…read moreyears old and was making some interesting noises. The owner didn't make the appointment but after I left him a message he called me back to say he had an emergency he had to attend to but he would have somebody else swing by. I think it was his nephew, who did show up shortly thereafter. The gentleman was super polite, dressed professionally and was very thorough in his inspection. The panel rollers needed to be replaced as they were old steel rollers which were bent. He replaced them all at a reasonable cost. We also discussed getting two estimates, one for replacing the entire garage door and one for replacing just some bent tracks. He said he would speak with the owner and a quote would be provided. Haven't heard back on that as of yet. I will say that the employee was dead on knowledgeable and professional. It's frustrating that the owner did not reach out to me about missing the appointment until I called him. Now about that super sketchy looking service vehicle ...

Bill showed up, and before we talked about replacing the unit he said; hold on let me mess with these remotes.. After 45 minuets he called me back to the garage, and showed me he fixed the remotes!!! To find someone so honest with your best interests in mind is rare. He literally saved me $200!! I will continue to use him, and recommend anyone to his service. Thanks again Bill I really appreciate your hard work and honesty.

They did not disappoint. From the first contact to the final handshake they provided outstanding service. They were fast and friendly, stayed in communication, and went above and beyond. I will no longer need to look for a garage door company because I will always call Ozarks Overhead Doors & More for all my needs. 5/5, 10/10, 100% can't recommend them more.

The other companies quoted me over a thousand more to put in the exact same door and opener. Their servicemen were efficient and professional, and it came with a three year warranty on parts and labor. I just love my new garage door. Goodbye dinged garage door that made me cross my fingers every time I opened it in the hopes that it would work just one more time.

THEN did the repair and replaced two cables that were not included in estimate yet did not increase the cost. Could not be happier.

Nadja and her team are amazing. From start to finish the entire process was super chill. She came…read moreout immediately upon my request for quotes for a lot of different projects on a new house. They scraped the old ceiling finish off, and relocated and replaced a busted attic access. The rehung multiple doors, replaced busted deck steps, and built a huge fence and RV gate for me. The work was extensive, and the pricing for the fence was super reasonable and it came out crazy nice! Honestly I was surprised at the quotes as I expected them to try to take me to the cleaners as most of the contractors I have dealt with out here were super pricey. Change out a light switch plate? Sure, for twenty bucks. Here's the kicker though, and what sets them apart from the rest; I live in AZ. Giving contractors access to a house unsupervised can make the most trustworthy person think twice. I have cameras set up throughout my house though, and every day they were there early in the morning, doing the work without needing to be supervised. Every night they cleaned up after themselves and locked up and not once did I catch any of their guys in the master bedroom trying on the wife's lingerie when nobody was looking. Nadja stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and never got annoyed at my repeated questions, or 'suggestions' no matter how stupid they were. Hometown Handyman rocks to say the least. Great pricing, no job too big or too small and professional as all get out. I recommend them above all others!
