Him, the owner and one other installer. It's a franchise with the Sears name. Well he came out and was just a good guy from the start. Talks to you like a friend. Starts fixing my problem and gives me maintenance advice along the way. Also lets me know if I ever want to upgrade my chintzy builders grade doors he would love the work. And I have already been thinking of replacing them. Frankly I'm so satisfied the job will get done right at a good price I will give more of my garage door work to him.
