After finally setting a time, the installation began in May 2021. Unfortunately the crew that installed our siding did not do a very good job. In addition we had 3 shades of gray on our home. Jeremy, our contractor, got his boss, Eric to come down and look at our home. He advised to change the type of siding and got me a different crew. We ended up with Dutchlap and they advised us on a different type of shutter. They also said they were putting their best crew on the job. The crew that we got was lead by Delfino. Compared to the first crew, we were really really impressed with Delfino and his crew. Each evening, they cleaned up and we had absolutely no trash in the yard. They also stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. My husband and I would both recommend Continental Siding, but would strongly advise to have and ask for a very good crew. We were told the original crew is no longer with the company. The company, and the project manager have all apologized for what we have gone through. Senior Manager LeAnn said she could have someone to my house in the afternoon. But she did not respond to my texts until after business hours, and then claimed she had not r3esponded because she was in meetings. Meanwhile I continue to get texts wanting me to schedule an appointment. In the end, I gave them a time to be at my house to give me a quote. Senior Manger LeAnn cried that she did not have anyone available. She refused to accomodate my schedule after their company missed the initial appointment and the opportunity to reschedule for later that day.

They were courteous, respectful of my home (drop cloths everywhere they walked, rolled up daily when they left), and punctual. You don't have to worry about multiple jobs either...which is a huge plus. Once they start your job, they're there until complete. Compared to several other bids, price was a bit lower too.
