I was happy with the end result until I realized there was no gutter or downspout. I called and was told that would be extra and not figured into the original estate. Once again I called and was told I would be put on the schedule to repair it. After a month or so I called again. Finally, they repaired the leak sometime in June or July I can't remember which. Misinformation, broken promises, lack of communication, project commitments broken. They collected money when admittedly they should not have. ALL leading us to ask for a release, which they honored, but with a hefty cost! settlement offer to return $10,888.75, of the $16,471.00 paid to you, is unacceptable. We do not believe this is a reasonable fair offer to both parties. Projects completed: Four empty holes!! We are taking further methods to get a refund.
