We have had a great experience with this pool company. They are always trustworthy, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to answer questions about our pool products and maintenance needs. They have helped us with everything from water testing and chemical balancing to repairs and installation advice. Their staff is patient, professional, and clearly understands pools inside and out. Whenever we bring in a water sample, they explain the results in a way that actually makes sense and recommend what the pool truly needs instead of trying to oversell products. They have been dependable for repairs and extremely helpful during pool setup and liner-related questions as well. I would love to review their work. But this being the third day they have put me on their schedule and not shown up, I have no way to judge their services. I understand how their particular niche is super busy this time of year. But not clearly communicating with your customers is not excusable. If they didn't already have my credit card information, which they require before they will put you on their "schedule", I would be finding someone else right now. I cannot vouch for the quality of work that Indian Summer Pool & Spa does but I cannot recommend them based on our experience. We scheduled an appointment to get an estimate for patio work. The appointment was for 1:30. We received a Google calendar confirmation for 1:00-2:30. At 11:54 we received a voice message from the office that the rep was delayed and if we needed more info to call him. Having not received any additional updates, my husband called the rep at 2:30. The rep said he had an emergency but should be at our house in approximately an hour plus drive time. He showed up at 4:30. In an email later that evening the rep inferred that the voice message from the office and our call to him were "ample proof of reasonable communication and effort in meeting our appt. time." We disagree. We understand emergencies; however, we do not appreciate a disregard for our time. We expect contractors to be punctual, good communicators, and professional. We did not experience this with Indian Summer Pool & Spa. Not sure how San Francisco, CA showed up but it should be Springfield, MO. read more

If I could give this business negative stars I would! BEWARE! After the very unprofessional "owner" showed up after rescheduling several times...all I heard was how he didn't open pools and that his help hadn't shown up! He told me someone else would come to clean the pool! A technician did show up and was very nice. However upon getting my bill for opening my pool of over $700 dollars OUCH they also charged my credit card twice and the "owner" said NO REFUNDS! The office manager was super sweet and gave us a refund, but just FYI she has now quit. A customer should never hear that a business can't keep employees, but now I totally understand why. IF you chose this company keep a VERY CLOSE EYE on your billing! read more

Doug personally came out and gave us an estimate on a pool we wanted done. After comparing prices we decided to go with him and couldn't be happier with the results. We told him exactly what we were looking for and what our budget was and he was able to work with us on everything and it ended up costing less than we initially thought.
