You can see how far away from the foundation the lines are and if you zoom in you can see the lines go down on the ground.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They only want to take your money, they are NOT about customer service or SATISFACTION. I stated to Alex when giving my quote I wanted the buried line repaired with the same type of pipe and if they did not think they could repair it the way I wanted it done then skip it. I walked him around the house and stated I wanted the plumbing under the house to be located close to the foundation and away from the crawl space opening to prevent freezing with all pipes insulated. Also informed of a remodel happening in coming weeks with the bathtub (he wanted to give a quote for that) and where I wanted the new lines to go. Alex said all the things I wanted was not a problem and could be done. He came back with the numbers (not a copy I could have) of the bid and I asked if that included my specific things which he said yes to. When the workers came to install I stood with all three workers in the bathroom explaining where I wanted the lines installed close to the foundation and for the new bathtub project, also went over the location of the other lines under the house of where I wanted them, they all said no problem. I also brought up before they started about not wanting the buried line cut and if they did not think they could repair it with the same pipe to skip over it. I let them do their thing, asking if they needed anything or had any questions 2 times and they said everything was going fine. I had to run to get a sick kid from school towards the end of the day but they said they had about an hour left so I had time to leave. I showed up 20 minutes later and all of their things were packed up and crawl space covers back on house and waiting on me in driveway. I did not check their work and paid them got the invoice which is the first form of documentation I had received. As I was putting things back I noticed they failed to insulate the pipes inside as I requested, they also made pipes cross over each other at the water heater that had 11 connections in each pipe. I looked at the buried line and they cut the line I specifically asked them to not cut, put in a splice, left out a shut off valve and left the hydrant leaning. I contacted the office the next day and said I was extremely unsatisfied with what was done. A project manager named Brock came out to address my concerns and treated me like an idiot. Showing him the buried line I stated that is not what I asked for, I specifically told Alex and the crew I did not want the line cut. "Well that's how that is repaired, what you wanted does not matter, that is the proper repair" is what Brock told me. I showed him the poor craftsmanship behind the water heater and told him it looked like a 2 year old was playing the game Pick Up Sticks crossing lines over each other. Brock then insulted me, "A 2 year old could not squeeze these clamps together, I am a master plumber and this looks fine to me and it is working." At this point I had been insulted enough in my own home and told Brock to leave since he was clearly dismissing my concerns and demeaning me. He did call back and say he would like to let the guys come insulate the pipes in the home as is on the bid and repair behind the water heater as it did look unprofessional with poor craftsmanship. I was able to look under the house at what had been done a few days later to find nothing was done as I requested, even part of one of the lines is on the ground not insulated. They did not run the lines close to the foundation instead ran it down the path of the crawl space openings where I specifically told everyone I did not want them nor did they move the lines for the bathtub remodel as I told all 3 of them before they started work. I called to schedule the appointment for them to insulate the lines inside and redo the mess behind water heater and took pictures to show of how they did not put the lines under the house where I asked them to go. Nick showed up to do the repairs and was able to turn the 11 connections in each pipe down to 1 connection in each pipe, but left off a clamps holding a pipe up and I have reinstalled 4 clamps that have fallen out of the wall since they left. I asked about the work under the house and Nick said that Mike the owner said no. Nick then said, "He (Mike) said it sounds like you are just wanting a rework because you did not get what you wanted the first time even though everything works as it should and there is nothing wrong with what you have." I called the office and still waiting on a call back from Mike on why he is not willing to meet his 100% customer satisfaction goal. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and waiting on a reply from the business. They ignore your requests, will only do what is quickest and can make them the most money, not what the customer wants then ignore the customer.

However it was a 20 year old system and you actually can check it by taking a panel off guessing it wasn't done. ( We're new to this) Anyway we called All Klear, came out right away checked it explained things clearly to us they were absolutely kind not pushy and that was a Monday, this last Monday the 23rd of March. Today is the 25th of March and they are putting an entire new system in. However, that was the beginning of a year of headaches and runarounds. First of all, the unit they put in was entirely too big for the house (a 4 ton unit for a 1500 sq ft house). This was admitted by the techs when we called them out to address the extreme humidity in the house (80%+ humidity with the AC on), which was caused by having an oversized and overpowered unit. So we were given a unit completely inappropriate to what we needed, and charged more for it. This caused us headaches throughout the year. Fast forward to this winter, and we are having more issues with this year old furnace. We had to call them out twice in the course of a week to do repairs, at least one of those because the furnace froze up due to no one having thought of running a vent down to the cellar. We've ended up paying what is likely thousands of dollars more than is necessary stemming from this brand new unit which has given us far more grief than our previous unit ever did prior to it going out. Maybe my situation was unique, because I see all the positive reviews otherwise. However, if I were to recommend anyone to a friend, I would not recommend All Klear anymore. They've lost my confidence entirely.

I initially called due to a smallish pool of water on my basement floor about 15 feet away from the water heater and about three feet from the drainpipe that leads outside and connects to the septic line. The plumber who was sent appeared clueless and fumbled around in the basement for about ten minutes. He informed me that he couldn't figure out what the problem was, but "his guess" was that it was a leak from the water heater (despite the fact that the water was nowhere near the water heater). He apparently tightened a washer, although I only found that out after I received the bill, as it was on the invoice. After he departed, he apparently sat in my driveway for nearly an hour, so that he could charge 1.5 hours' worth of "plumbing service." (My office is in the back of the house and the driveway is not visible from where I was working. I can only assume he sat there, as the receptionist later told me she could track his truck and it was stationary at my location for over an hour.) Two days later, there was an extremely large pool of water in my basement and I did NOT call this company again. I instead called a reputable firm with a competent plumber, who accurately diagnosed the problem as a major issue in the septic line from the house to the tank. We ended up having to dig up the line and replace a pipe ($1200) as well as a service call to clean up the gray water in the basement. Oh, but the story does not end there. When I received the initial bill from Cooley's in July 2022, I called to speak with someone about the excessive time charged. The receptionist stated that she would pass the message on to "Gary." I never received a callback. I called again in August 2022 and received the same response and the same lack of a callback. I received a second statement in November 2022, and again called to speak with someone. This time I asked specifically for Gary and was told he was not available but would call me back. Fast forward to March 2023 and my third bill. I again contacted the company and after explaining my situation, was initially told by the receptionist that she had never spoken with me before. After some additional discussion, she "remembered" and finally gave me a phone number for Gary. I left a message...we'll see if he calls me back.
