They installed a new water softener system and a circulation pump with great care, and the job was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption. Communication was quick and clear, and they were punctual and organized throughout the process. Once the installation was complete, Eric took the time to go over the system with my husband, answering all our questions. Told us we needed new coils $3500 but recommended new system up to $19,000. I had another company come out and do a pressure test and found no leaks. We had a service completed (cleaned the coils and did some minor work) cost $1200. When you pay for a service it would be nice to get a service and multiple options to help the customer out.
