    The dripping water line.

    I called All Klear about several small plumbing problems we were having. 1. I had turned off the cold water line under our kitchen sink, but couldn't open it back up. 2. We have had a drippy kitchen faucet for months. 3. Our kitchen sink sprayer has only producing dribbles. 4. We had a very slow leak from a water pipe in our basement ceiling. Not being a handyman, I researched the kitchen sink problems and it seemed likely that the the sprayer pressure and dripping faucet were an indication that the diverter needed to be replaced. I couldn't figure out how to get to it, so I decided to call a plumber. I called All Klear, and they were able to send a technician the next day. When he arrived, we went over the list of things I wanted him to check. The first thing, the cold water line, took about 5 seconds (apparently I just didn't have sufficient grip strength). He then took the sprayer head off, cleaned it with water, then said "I'm going to say that you need a new sprayer." He didn't check for any other possible cause, and the implication was that a new sprayer would also solve the leaky faucet. Finally, he checked the leaky water pipe in the basement. He found the leak immediately (see picture), and said he would cut out about 6" of copper pipe and replace it with something better. He was done in less than 15 minutes. The charges were $49 for a regular trip charge (which gets the technician to your door), and $79 for diagnostics. I had never (knowingly) been charged separately for just getting to my door, and the $130 for a service call was definitely higher than I expected for 15 minutes of time. The estimate for replacing the hose and fixing the leaky pipe was $420 (parts and labor), which was a LOT more than I expected for two simple jobs. The technician implied that he was giving us as low a price as possible, since it was Christmas Eve. I called All Klear to complain about the cost of the service call. The receptionist said her manager had "just stepped out," but that she would have him call me back. I asked her if she needed my contact information, and she said that she had all the information she needed. That was 4 days ago. I have never posted a negative review of a business before, but I am disappointed in the pricing and the lack of response from the company, especially considering the high ratings on Google Reviews and Yelp.

    Our sewage pump in basement was leaking this morning and we called All Klear. they came out same day. Allen was great and very knowledgeable. We have used in past for water heater and issues with same pump and always have had great service! Allen was very through and explained everything to us.

    Sorry but I honestly would not be able to refer anybody that quoted me $2200 to replace my kitchen…read moresink. Not a retrofit, same size sink which we had already purchased. My wife and I were amazed how excited the man got when he actually found a way to reduce this amount by $300! I'd say you guys should be ashamed of yourselves but I realize I'd be you know what in the wind. Anyway, probably best to remove from your list. I'm most likely not going to become wealthy any time soon.     I had a new system put in my home by Larson heating and air before being bought by Paschal. Thats…read morewhen things began to go wrong. We had an agreement for service for the first few years. Had to call Paschal to get them to honor that. Then they claimed I did not have a 10 year warranty that I paid for. Had to show them my papers to prove it. From there I did purchase a service agreement with Paschal for 2 annual inspections. The first inspection they told us our duct work was old and dirty and needed cleaning. We had all new duct work put in when we got the new system from Larson just a few years before. All the duct work is still nice and shiny. I called them out on that. Not even an "oops our mistake". From there I had asked each time that they call the spouse as they work from home when it was time to schedule service or the tech was on the way as I am at work and not always able to answer my phone. They continued to call me EVERY time. Each time service was scheduled they would then call to reschedule because they were so busy. This would happen till I would say no your keeping my appointment. Keep in mind they are billing my card each month for my service agreement. Then the tech tried to convince my spouse we needed a new hot water heater. It was only 3 years older than the new HVAC system and duct work. The end came this year when we had to call again to point out that they had not scheduled service for spring in the middle of June. They Then rescheduled twice before I said no. Also still contacting me and not the spouse. So on the 13th of December 2025 I realize they have not completed our fall service. I feel that spring should not be mid June and the fall service shouldn't be halfway through December. Maybe I'm wrong. I decided I was done. I had to call 3 separate times to get the "meber service coordinator" on the phone because she was "the only person that cancell your plan" conveniently a few days before my plan billed my card. When I did get her on the phone I canceled and pointed out why and asked for my money back that I had paid since my last service. She tried to deny that. Had to have a managers approval. I asked her to get the approval. Here is where it gets good. She come back and tells me the manager said they would refund my money but I could never use them for service in the future. All because I called them out for poor customer service. I simply pointed out why I was leaving. I switched to New Era in Republic since they are the ones that had put in my water heater. And saved $90 a year on my service plan.
