My husband is in home remodeling and after his discussion with the owner (I think his name is Joe) he found out the fix could be done for $40 so my husband fixed it himself. I filed another claim thru my home warranty last night and received a call from one of his employees shortly after I filed the claim. It was for 2 leaking showers, the master and downstairs basement. They were aware of both issues before they came to my house today. They discovered the downstairs basement shower was leaking because of a small hole where a bar is supposed to be so very easy fix. Then they looked at the upstairs master shower that had been leaking for quite awhile. Joe tried to tell me that it was possible a pipe might burst and that could be the cause of the leak. I told him we think it's a valve because this was even happening during summer months. He did absolutely nothing to fix either of these. I just talked to home warranty and he submitted one claim for the basement bathroom and said this was manufacturer defect so no fix. He wants a separate work order placed to fix the master shower so pay another $100 service fee. He was fully aware of both shower issues so both of these should have been for this work order. He refuses to do work that he got paid for. I do not recommend this guy for any plumbing needs because he will just try to scam you out of thousands of dollars. Buyer beware!!!!!

Wish we called Mike first!! We had a back up, and called All Service. Their technician came pulled…read moreout toilet and had lots of trouble cleaning the clog. They were very sell's oriented trying to promote their monthly VIP service, and telling us we most likely need a new sewer pipe. Two days later we call Roto-Rooter they ask where our clean out is? We tell them we don't know, so they say they will need to install one before they can clear the drain $4,200!! And there's also a chance we need a need sewer line $10,000!!!! Mike sent out a friend he works with and the man waled right to the back of the house., pulled off some boot, and shove a grinding machine in the pipe... Boom cleared in 20 minutes!!!! Didn't even charge me!!' Said he will get the money next week when he puts a clean out in for only $1,500!!!!! SHOP LOCALLY!!!! I will never use anyone else ever again for my plumbing issues!!! We physically went to the problem source, discussed his fix, and explained what caused the problem in the first place. Actually gave me a lesson in "Water leaks"... There was, naturally, a charge for the work and parts, but the LESSONS WERE FREE! This young man is a credit to the younger generation and a credit to his company. Could not be more pleased.
