Ordered the parts needed and in the mean time they were at least able to get the unit somewhat working while the new part came in. The part came in and they came right away to get it installed. The two guys were extremely friendly and new what they were doing. Also they took the time to help us figure out how to set our units up on a phone to control the heat from our phones. It was that time again for septic to be cleaned so that no problems were had. Fortunately, Curtis found a crack at the top of our septic that was allowing groundwater in resulting in a higher than normal tank, which could not continue. Rather than deal with a bigger issue down the road we opted to have Austin's repair our septic and install a better manhole cover that would stop the issue from occurring. we were able to get an appointment rapidly to get the matter resolved and hopefully the next time we see Austin's everything will be A-OK.

Buyer beware!!! ! He was at our house 2 years ago thru home warranty. He told us we needed…read morethousands of dollars of repairs done for our shower. My husband is in home remodeling and after his discussion with the owner (I think his name is Joe) he found out the fix could be done for $40 so my husband fixed it himself. I filed another claim thru my home warranty last night and received a call from one of his employees shortly after I filed the claim. It was for 2 leaking showers, the master and downstairs basement. They were aware of both issues before they came to my house today. They discovered the downstairs basement shower was leaking because of a small hole where a bar is supposed to be so very easy fix. Then they looked at the upstairs master shower that had been leaking for quite awhile. Joe tried to tell me that it was possible a pipe might burst and that could be the cause of the leak. I told him we think it's a valve because this was even happening during summer months. He did absolutely nothing to fix either of these. I just talked to home warranty and he submitted one claim for the basement bathroom and said this was manufacturer defect so no fix. He wants a separate work order placed to fix the master shower so pay another $100 service fee. He was fully aware of both shower issues so both of these should have been for this work order. He refuses to do work that he got paid for. I do not recommend this guy for any plumbing needs because he will just try to scam you out of thousands of dollars. Buyer beware!!!!!

DO NOT USE OR TRUST BUDGET PLUMBING HEATING AND AIR! Colt Plotke and Brian Calfee basically…read morehustled me to get my plumbing job...a pretty major job for a home owner. Ripping out my sewer lines and replacing them to my septic. Call me crazy, but when you have sewer lines replaced outside, one would think that would include actually burying them. The gist is, I own a cabin that I rent on Airbnb. I don't live in the area, but my parents do. However, they both had Covid pneumonia and weren't able to be there for the work to really monitor what was going on. Colt asked that I just trust them, have some faith. I stupidly chose to do just that. Even after explaining to them that I was a single mom on a pretty strapped budget and that $5k was literally everything from my savings, they still did this. Unfortunately, I had a renter coming to stay at the Airbnb, and had to have the job completed before they arrived, so I was on a bit of a time crunch. They quoted me a price between $5-7k to do the job. I told them my cap was $5k, and if the job would be any higher than that, I'd need to continue shopping around. They took the job, and said they would do it for $5k. That is on the contract we signed. I had a great conversation with the both of them, Brian and Colt both assured me they would leave me 100% satisfied, would guarantee their work, would give me a price breakdown of where the money was going. I got none of that. Instead, what I got were excuses as to why they couldn't give me a breakdown of cost for labor, parts, and the use of machinery. I also got the pipe they replaced left, rather than being taken as trash, and now have to find a way to dispose of. I also got pipes that are literally sitting above the ground. Just waiting to freeze, because instead of burying them, they covered them with pea gravel, which the rain promptly washed away two days later. When my dad went to check, everything was sitting exposed. I contacted Colt, as he is the owner. I sent him pictures and a video of how it looked. My driveway was caved in from not being filled properly on the part that was covered. They took about 3 ft off my driveway, by placing a clean out where it will be in the way of anyone pulling in. And of course, the 75-100ft of pipe that was sitting above ground and exposed. He proceeded to tell me I'd have to hire a landscaper to come bring in dirt and more gravel to cover (even tho gravel was supposed to be part of my contract). He had Brian call me (he refused to call me back) and Brian did a lot of yelling at me, then hung up on me. I texted Colt multiple times, only to be ignored. I asked him today if my work is still guaranteed if the pipes freeze and bust as a result of him not having them buried, and extended one last olive branch to try to get them to finish the job they started, and his response was to stop texting him. He referred to him having a contract with Deer Lake golf courses in his pitch to get me to go with them. I asked if they or any of their other customers would be happy with having their sewer lines left above ground. I have never dealt with more unprofessional, scam artists. I have pictures and the contract I'd be happy to share with anyone considering using this company so you can see what you'd be getting yourself into. Please beware of their ethics if you choose to go with them.

Was able to schedule a visit online via the website (for those who don't like human contact, this is a fun feature). Unfortunately my requested time wasn't available but Patriot contacted me not long after scheduling to find a better time. A younger, handsome, charismatic gentleman showed up on time a couple days later (he even called 30 mins prior with an eta) and got right down to business. During his appointment, I had another going on for window installation which he was more than accommodating to and very understanding/patient. Within 10 minutes, he had not only determined the issue but fixed it as well as gave my attic fan a once-over to make sure it was good shape. While I signed papers and made my payment (which was very fair), he offered to address any additional concerns and even asked if we'd like his company to be the primary servicer of our HVAC. Ultimately, I passed on his business card to two people the same day and I haven't stopped ranting and raving since. I have only ever been this pleased with one other business in the Springfield area and I look forward to keeping Patriot and All Service on the horn for my home. Thanks!!!
