My husband is in home remodeling and after his discussion with the owner (I think his name is Joe) he found out the fix could be done for $40 so my husband fixed it himself. I filed another claim thru my home warranty last night and received a call from one of his employees shortly after I filed the claim. It was for 2 leaking showers, the master and downstairs basement. They were aware of both issues before they came to my house today. They discovered the downstairs basement shower was leaking because of a small hole where a bar is supposed to be so very easy fix. Then they looked at the upstairs master shower that had been leaking for quite awhile. Joe tried to tell me that it was possible a pipe might burst and that could be the cause of the leak. I told him we think it's a valve because this was even happening during summer months. He did absolutely nothing to fix either of these. I just talked to home warranty and he submitted one claim for the basement bathroom and said this was manufacturer defect so no fix. He wants a separate work order placed to fix the master shower so pay another $100 service fee. He was fully aware of both shower issues so both of these should have been for this work order. He refuses to do work that he got paid for. I do not recommend this guy for any plumbing needs because he will just try to scam you out of thousands of dollars. Buyer beware!!!!!

He had a tough clog to undo, but persisted until the clog was cleared. He was almost to the road. We're pretty sure that roots have grown into the sewer line, but my water is flowing freely again and I'm super grateful for that. He even cleaned up the area and my floor when he was done. NEGATIVE 5 STARS they broke my fridge and then refused to come back out, call or text me back or…read morerefund me!!! Freezer stopped working and they came out Monday, the man opened the freezer door and guessed frozen thermostat. Did NOT remove one panel or fully look into to what could be the issue. Literally looked, guessed and then ordered a part. Said they be back Wednesday at 10AM by 11am I had to reachout to find out if they were still coming. Got NO response until 1145am in which they said the part would be at the shop at 11 AM. Then stopped replying with no ETA. By 147PM I had to reach out AGAIN to ask when they were coming having wasted a whole day waiting on them and told they would be there soon. They came just before 3pm. Replaced the thermostat and while I asked simple questions about the repair he said idk I just get paid to put it back together. How does a repair man not know about what he's fixing???? After the repair he gave no info on time it would take for the freeze to cool back down or recommended temp. We waited 6hrs and the freezer NEVER got cold again. Then come to find out he BROKE the freeze door, it will no longer properly shut and theres a grinding noise. Now the whole refrigerator is scream high temp or 58 freezer and 69 fridge. He broke the whole machine! I called them to come back out was told it would be an hour, waited 2hrs called again and told they're to busy to come back. I demanded a refunded and they ended ALL COMMUNICATION! THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM! DO NOT HIRE THEM! They only take VENMO so you can't get your money without them sending it back either! Fun fact I had called EZ APPLIANCE GEEKS and Demarus of this company was the one to take my call and put me in HER fly by night fake company's books. I have the call logs and text records and pics to prove everything. They broke a 4yr old fridge because they have no clue what they're doing and instead of owning up to the mistake and making it right they took the money and ran and ended all contact. Which he said was necessary to reach pump. During that process a small drain door was broken. Dimitri's answer was to jam it closed & "immediately" leave & run to my bank to cash my check made out to his wife not the business(?). The next day the washer still was leaking, the delicate cycle did not move nor wash. Plus that cycle temp could not be changed. Which any of these complaints worked B4 he worked on my washer. Mike sent out a friend he works with and the man waled right to the back of the house., pulled off some boot, and shove a grinding machine in the pipe... Boom cleared in 20 minutes!!!! We physically went to the problem source, discussed his fix, and explained what caused the problem in the first place. Actually gave me a lesson in "Water leaks"... There was, naturally, a charge for the work and parts, but the LESSONS WERE FREE! This young man is a credit to the younger generation and a credit to his company. Could not be more pleased. Had this place put in a sewage pump when mine quit. The service guy checked the date on the pump…read morecalled the manufacture and found it was still under warranty and told me I would get paid back for a new one .He ordered the pump in thier name but wanted me to pick it up and leave the old one with the dealer to return . I was told he had this all worked out with the dealer on the phone. I did this and the pump was put in I was told the refund would take at least a month and would come to them and they would pass it on to me . I called in a month and half to check on it they say they know nothing about it and have no record of it. So I am out $1200 that I should have been paid back for the new pump. I guess its my fault for not getting it all in writing but I thought they could be trusted.
