We are looking into their yearly plan as they will do a check up on our systems as well. When one of our main lines clogged, they helped my wife clean out our storage room to get to the line. Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened--my washer's circuit board was fried, and I ultimately had to purchase a new machine. While he was at my home, he also left his toolbox behind. I texted him about it, and he said he was busy for the next two weeks but would let me know when he could pick it up. He returned to complete the project, but left after an hour, as he didn't finish a deadbolt installation and installed the second dead bolt and door handles, then left early because a tornado warning was issued that afternoon and evening.
