I continued to use them because I was happy with their services but then last weeks EPIC snowstorm hit bursting pipes all over town, and unfortunately the sewage pipe in my house was one of them. My other company was booked out for several weeks with no available eta but said they would call me if something became available. So I started calling around and came upon Bufords number on Yelp. They said like all of the other plumbers in town they were booked out but would have the owner swing by ASAP to assess the situation as if it an easy fix they would try to handle it if time permitted. Josh came out and went over the situation. He came by the next day and evaluated the burst pipe and clogged sewage line without charging me for anything. Unfortunately it was not going to be an easy fix, so he couldn't do it that day but said he would try to schedule me the following week. He suggested calling my other plumbing company back and telling them exactly what the problem was he had diagnosed to see if it would help them be able to schedule me sooner as knowing exactly what the problem was tells them how long it would take them to do the job, and he said he had worked with the other company before and highly recommended them if they could do the work before he could. My other company was able to schedule me a few days later with this knowledge and fixed the issues, but before I could call Buford back to tell them the issue was fixed they called me first to ask if I had resolved the problem and said that they would squeeze me in this week if it hadn't been resolved. So while they didn't actually fix the burst pipe they did drop everything to get out here and diagnose it for free, advised me I was using another great company if they could do the work before they could, and then followed up to make sure it was handled or schedule me in. This following a storm when literally hundreds of houses and business had broken pipes throughout town and they were not lacking for business by any means. Great service and follow through, honest business practices and integrity throughout. I still have my other company which I use, but Buford is now on my saved contacts as my backup should the need ever arise. If you don't have a plumbing company give Buford the business as they will work for it. Thanks guys!

I have a real…read moreserious problem...water leaks etc. My technician one Mr Jake Hughey came ON TIME, and repaired the problem....plus gave me a lesson. We physically went to the problem source, discussed his fix, and explained what caused the problem in the first place. Actually gave me a lesson in "Water leaks"... There was, naturally, a charge for the work and parts, but the LESSONS WERE FREE! This young man is a credit to the younger generation and a credit to his company. Could not be more pleased. I recommend White and Jake 1000 percent! Good people!

Had this place put in a sewage pump when mine quit. The service guy checked the date on the pump…read morecalled the manufacture and found it was still under warranty and told me I would get paid back for a new one .He ordered the pump in thier name but wanted me to pick it up and leave the old one with the dealer to return . I was told he had this all worked out with the dealer on the phone. I did this and the pump was put in I was told the refund would take at least a month and would come to them and they would pass it on to me . I called in a month and half to check on it they say they know nothing about it and have no record of it. So I am out $1200 that I should have been paid back for the new pump. I guess its my fault for not getting it all in writing but I thought they could be trusted.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS they broke my fridge and then refused to come back out, call or text me back or…read morerefund me!!! Freezer stopped working and they came out Monday, the man opened the freezer door and guessed frozen thermostat. Did NOT remove one panel or fully look into to what could be the issue. Literally looked, guessed and then ordered a part. Said they be back Wednesday at 10AM by 11am I had to reachout to find out if they were still coming. Got NO response until 1145am in which they said the part would be at the shop at 11 AM. Then stopped replying with no ETA. By 147PM I had to reach out AGAIN to ask when they were coming having wasted a whole day waiting on them and told they would be there soon. They came just before 3pm. Replaced the thermostat and while I asked simple questions about the repair he said idk I just get paid to put it back together. How does a repair man not know about what he's fixing???? After the repair he gave no info on time it would take for the freeze to cool back down or recommended temp. We waited 6hrs and the freezer NEVER got cold again. Then come to find out he BROKE the freeze door, it will no longer properly shut and theres a grinding noise. Now the whole refrigerator is scream high temp or 58 freezer and 69 fridge. He broke the whole machine! I called them to come back out was told it would be an hour, waited 2hrs called again and told they're to busy to come back. I demanded a refunded and they ended ALL COMMUNICATION! THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM! DO NOT HIRE THEM! They only take VENMO so you can't get your money without them sending it back either! Fun fact I had called EZ APPLIANCE GEEKS and Demarus of this company was the one to take my call and put me in HER fly by night fake company's books. I have the call logs and text records and pics to prove everything. They broke a 4yr old fridge because they have no clue what they're doing and instead of owning up to the mistake and making it right they took the money and ran and ended all contact. Which he said was necessary to reach pump. During that process a small drain door was broken. Dimitri's answer was to jam it closed & "immediately" leave & run to my bank to cash my check made out to his wife not the business(?). The next day the washer still was leaking, the delicate cycle did not move nor wash. Plus that cycle temp could not be changed. Which any of these complaints worked B4 he worked on my washer. This is in my opinion!

When it doesn't work and you call another plumber that saw his work and told me how he could correct the job. You call him and he said he would come the next day. He doesn't show up and you leave him a voice message and there is no return call. Therefore, you go to his house and he said, I forgot, I'll come over now. 45 minutes later and leaves a nasty voice message that he is ever coming over. This is not someone to call for a plumbing job! Thank You.
