They replaced our old chase cover with one that was so flat that it had puddles on it after it rained. They drilled rusty screws down through the TOP of the chase cover to fasten it, instead of stainless screws in the side. Then they put a booger gob of caulking on them to try to seal them. Then they got crazy with the caulking and tried sealing the chimney collar to the chase cover, which defeats the purpose of the collar to allow air flow. Somewhere between all of their installation errors, they defeated the very purpose they were hired for, which was to stop the chimney from leaking in our garage!!! Brandon and Caleb from Lakeside Chimney did an excellent job on our chimney! Even our General Contactor was asking for their business card.

Each of them said that they would drop by and take a look at the job and give me a quote. I never saw or heard from any of them again, except for Brian from K&B Concrete Concepts. He stopped by, checked out the project, gave me a fair quote, and then proceeded to do a great job. I will use K&B for all of my future concrete needs.

Brian Jarvis was supposed to put a wall up made of block and it took him 4 months to complete it…read more3/4ths. He said he was done when I wasn't able to check it out. He took the final payment and never did complete it. I had someone else hired to complete it and cover up an uneven wall only to find out the blocks were only laid on top of each other and not mortared together! It all had to be taken down, and since a lot of the blocks were only partial pieces, they couldn't be used again and they all had to be disposed. He only poured footings on one of the 3 walls and put mortar at the base to make it look like a footing had been poured. His job was nothing but deception! He deserves a zero instead of a 1. I've had to report this to the Consumer Complaint division of the Attorney General's office.

When a passerby in a gas station commented Jordan is the most trustable guy I knew that moment I had hired the right people! Any thing I didnt understand Jordan was a text a way and always told me what was going on and why. I feel the communication is superb. The workers are very pleasant and respectful. Its been a first great experience. The value was spot on with our figures we had in mind. Wait, let me say the first bid was out of my budget - but Jordan helped me swith up some details to make the job fit. My eyes were bigger then my wallet! Example shaker shingles around the entire house was out of my price range when I was holding out for the glass resort railing (which is way expensive but worth it!) so we put only the shaker on the front of the house allowing me to have the glass resort railing and keeping me in budget. I appreciated Jordan suggesting the tan trim on navy siding instead of white because Im in love with the look! a job this size and to tell you no buyer remorse - thats epic. If you are thinking about getting work done, materials dont get cheaper and these guys book up fast so JUMP!

I have used this company two times. Once toyy repair a leaking bay window which they did a fabulous…read morejob on. They took out the interior wall. Sealed the leak. Applied some mold control and paint to the soiled surface that apparently had been leaking a while. And repaired the wall leaving it in better condition than originally. Second time I hired them to replace the kitchen window with a larger casement window and replace the bay windows with two side casement windows. They did a great job on the window install but I was disappointed with the finish work on the interior window trim. Although the estimate originally said painting the trim was extra they agreed that the work was not up to their standards. They immediately sent out a new crew to finish the job properly to our complete satisfaction. Yes I would recommend them. You will like doing work with Jordan the job estimator and supervisor. Very soft sell and easy to work with.
