Horrible! Where do I…read morebegin? I paid them to stain and finish the exterior logs of my two-story log cabin with a premium product from Sashco costing me $7000. I was told I wouldn't have to touch the exterior logs for years. Months later, it looks like the cabin hasn't been touched. Months later, they sent someone over when I wasn't home and they PAINTED my deck - which was never part of the original job - in fact, I specified that they not touch any wood whatsoever that was covered by a roof or awning. I had to wait months for them to send someone out to fix my front deck. The guy they sent, Bryant, told me he was the guy on the job who stained and finished the exterior logs and he remarked that something was certainly wrong with the job. The owner, Steve, has refused to address this after multiple phone calls and text messages. Very unprofessional. He'll be hearing from my attorney!

Any thing I didnt understand Jordan was a text a way and always told me what was going on and why. I feel the communication is superb. The workers are very pleasant and respectful. Wait, let me say the first bid was out of my budget - but Jordan helped me swith up some details to make the job fit. My eyes were bigger then my wallet! Example shaker shingles around the entire house was out of my price range when I was holding out for the glass resort railing (which is way expensive but worth it!) so we put only the shaker on the front of the house allowing me to have the glass resort railing and keeping me in budget. I appreciated Jordan suggesting the tan trim on navy siding instead of white because Im in love with the look! a job this size and to tell you no buyer remorse - thats epic. Applied some mold control and paint to the soiled surface that apparently had been leaking a while. And repaired the wall leaving it in better condition than originally. Second time I hired them to replace the kitchen window with a larger casement window and replace the bay windows with two side casement windows. They did a great job on the window install but I was disappointed with the finish work on the interior window trim. Although the estimate originally said painting the trim was extra they agreed that the work was not up to their standards. They immediately sent out a new crew to finish the job properly to our complete satisfaction. Yes I would recommend them. You will like doing work with Jordan the job estimator and supervisor. Very soft sell and easy to work with.
