Terrible experience with Hannah. I met with her to go over expectations and hired her to do a deep…read moreclean. The first guest after her cleaning complained about cleanliness. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to a mistake or an overcritical guest. I again talked about our expectations with her. Once that guest checked out, in the Turno app that we use, she marked the job as started at 8am in the morning and finished at 8am-this is before guests even check out. She did this to initiate payment. I noticed that she did not actually start the cleaning until late in the evening. I let her know that she needed to have cleanings completed by 4pm to allow for same day turns and not to prematurely mark the job complete in Turno. She said she understood. The next guest contacted me immediately to share pics of a fridge full of mess and and unloaded dishwasher. After that guest checked out, I asked her if the cleaning had been completed earlier that day (it was later in the evening again). She lied and said it had, but my security camera and door logs showed no one entering. When I brought that up, she said she would go clean later that night. I told her we were done. The guest with the messy fridge also messaged me to let me know about many other cleanliness issues. It appears that Hannah didn't do a deep clean or even a regular, typical clean. I have uploaded screenshots of the guests' feedback along with a screenshot of how she marked the job started and cleaned at 8:21am.

We decided to replace the unit ourselves only to discover that the freon lines are still under full pressure and that the issue seems to be that a single wire to the thermostat had come lose. This company lied to my 77 year old father who can't even walk up the stairs to inspect it himself and attempted to steal thousands from him for an entirely new unit. This company is trash.

They replaced our old chase cover with one that was so flat that it had puddles on it after it rained. They drilled rusty screws down through the TOP of the chase cover to fasten it, instead of stainless screws in the side. Then they put a booger gob of caulking on them to try to seal them. Then they got crazy with the caulking and tried sealing the chimney collar to the chase cover, which defeats the purpose of the collar to allow air flow. Somewhere between all of their installation errors, they defeated the very purpose they were hired for, which was to stop the chimney from leaking in our garage!!! Applied some mold control and paint to the soiled surface that apparently had been leaking a while. And repaired the wall leaving it in better condition than originally. Second time I hired them to replace the kitchen window with a larger casement window and replace the bay windows with two side casement windows. They did a great job on the window install but I was disappointed with the finish work on the interior window trim. Although the estimate originally said painting the trim was extra they agreed that the work was not up to their standards. They immediately sent out a new crew to finish the job properly to our complete satisfaction. Yes I would recommend them. You will like doing work with Jordan the job estimator and supervisor. Very soft sell and easy to work with.
