They did a decent job for what was actually cleaned. I did tell them of a Budget that I had which $150. The lady said that they typically charge $40 per hour per maid and typically only two maids come, however, today there was a third so I really only got an hour and a half of cleaning. However, our conversation prior to that didn't make that clear. I thought I was going to get 4 hours of cleaning but I guess that was just my misunderstanding from her message. I expected Windows, oven and the couch to be cleaned. However, with the time constraint and budget they really only finished my kitchen and dining room, windows, oven and my sectional. They also did the floors which I did an ass for but they were very clean after so I guess that's a good thing? This is not to speak bad upon their cleaning skills, whatever they did clean did come out very clean, however I just wished it was was more clear about the time for cleaning but again that's mainly my misunderstanding from the messages. They also had to deal with an extra dirty oven and Christmas stickers that was left on my patio door so they did the best for what they could. I only wish they didn't stop halfway through and kind of just leave my sectional a mess. As soon as I said I couldn't go over my budget at all. They kind of just stopped in the middle what they were doing and took their things and left, I get it. Their money is time but still I wish it was factored in a little bit more where they could've left it a bit more professionally knowing I had a set budget . There were just what spots from their carpet /fabric cleaner on the floor that I had to clean up after All in all, from what I saw was cleaned was decent , the oven was very well cleaned. The windows were okay. And my sectional was very cleaned after, especially since I have two dogs. But warning for future customers!
